This is probably the worst ran Wendy's on this side of the United states....I waited 30 mins this time in the line for my mobile order which I had already ordered. It wasnt ready and when I got up to the window they had not even fixed it, after waiting in line for 30 mins. The food was soo cold and old it was nearly inedible. The prior time my mobile order wasn't ready and they had no frostys even though I had already paid in the app. This is crazy, I observed the management in the back not helping the staff on their phones and talking to each other, drive thru line in the streets.

Good place good food sometimes late at night there seems to be short staff, it's an all male staff it's like 3 ofthem Jesus Christ. The drive through line takes too long. I'm not being those 3 they just need help if anything.

The girls at the Window had a very bad attitude, she had passed me drink with so much attitude that she almost dropped it. None of them had on hairnets and I found hair on the fries and burger... I will gladly drive to the one across town for the other Wendy's... 10-1-23 4:25
Food wasn't as hot as it should be. It seems you can't get good service that says "Thank you" for your business. This is the 3rd Wendy's in our South Georgia area that has pissed pore attitudes. The employees don't understand that the customers are who pay their salaries, not the establishment. I fi appreciate the $5 biggie deal. It is very affordable and really a good deal, especially for seniors like myself.

Slowest Wendy's I've ever been to. I went for lunch yesterday, ordered my food, and stood there for over 15 minutes waiting for my order. 3 people ordered after me and got their food before I did. I waited so long that I had to ask the lady at the counter what was taking so long and point out that everyone that ordered after me and my coworker had already gotten their order. I thought maybe it was just a rough day, so I ordered door dash tonight, my driver was waiting over 20 minutes, when I finally got my order I'm missing my baked potato. I'm never going there again. I'm running out of restaurants to eat at in Albany, every chain sucks.

Employees constantly on cell phones. Food was mediocre. Ordered food at 7:55 pm and was told that Dining room closed at 8:00. Had to eat in my car. I was approached by someone asking for money. I definitely won't be back!
