Every time I go to this Wendy's, the line is either short or has 3-4 people, but the wait is 20+ minutes. The food is okay, but if you're looking for actual fast food, don't go here.

I used the app to get a single cheese burger. Somehow the app was locked in for pickup at another city. I didn't see it until my order was done. So somebody an hour away from me got a free sandwich because I didn't drive an hour to go pick it up. I told a regular person and a manager. Both were dismissive. The manager implied not my fault. I can't do anything.

I went to East Oglethorpe Wendy's it was a lady with a scar in her face a tall lady she was disrespectful she closed the window in my face and she was very unprofessional I will not let her ever wait on me again and I might have to change my location and attend another Wendy's

Im disappointed in this branch little service girl was rude and lack of motivation negative atmosphere and I found hair in my burger and i got ripped off by not honoring the coupon I took in she charged me full price. Im highly disappointed as a WEC share holder.

Question......How hard is it to read a menu? And how do you give me a completely different order. I ordered the triple BACONATOR with no mayo, not a triple cheeseburger with all these damn garden add ons. Not to mention the price difference. Take the time to read the damn order before ya prepare it.

All around pretty good Wendy's Wendy's fresh. It's always good. Can't go wrong with their burgers. Junior bacon cheeseburger is always a plus. I got the Dave's double with cheese and damn it was good. Hit the spot

This experience is why I have not been to Wendy's I. A very long time. The food was awful!!! I wonder is this how they prepare their food at home. EVERYTHING I ordered was cold and old as if I was being discriminated against. I work at proctor and gamble and I am going to tell EVERYBODY do not eat here. I am very disappointed. This is the last time for me. SMH.
Doesnt open on time. Dont trust their hours.
