Im disappointed in this branch little service girl was rude and lack of motivation negative atmosphere and I found hair in my burger and i got ripped off by not honoring the coupon I took in she charged me full price. Im highly disappointed as a WEC share holder.

Question......How hard is it to read a menu? And how do you give me a completely different order. I ordered the triple BACONATOR with no mayo, not a triple cheeseburger with all these damn garden add ons. Not to mention the price difference. Take the time to read the damn order before ya prepare it.

This experience is why I have not been to Wendy's I. A very long time. The food was awful!!! I wonder is this how they prepare their food at home. EVERYTHING I ordered was cold and old as if I was being discriminated against. I work at proctor and gamble and I am going to tell EVERYBODY do not eat here. I am very disappointed. This is the last time for me. SMH.

The 'Son of the Baconator' looked like the typical fast food sandwich. They are never like the pictures or the commercials. That being said, it tasted a lot better than it looked. The fries were just so-so, especially without ketchup, mayo or both mixed. The strawberry Sprite more than passed the carbonation burn test like no soda has in along time for me. However, the strawberry flavor was very week. All-in-all I"ll be back. It's Wendy's.
The drive thru cashier Allison was so rude. She got to say Wendy’s not Thank you for choosing Wendy’s. I will not be spending money to the east side Wendy’s ever again. I’m a GM I know customers service

7 a.m in the morning workers with a disrespectful mouth already. She say her name is Kesha. She didn't want to take orders. She said a truck came. They don't have any food in store. I only wanted season potatoes. Somebody needs to go back home and try again another day. Mornings are not for her at all. I don't understand why she negative already this morning.

The Wendy's I visited was gross!! The food was nasty! The cashier was rude and the restaurant was very unclean. Hattiesburg MS restaurant is so much better!! I'll stick with there's!!
My husband and I had the number 1 and chocolate Frosty's. They were good, just too much mayo. I wiped it off and they were great!

Parking: The parking lot is overall clean and they’re always parking in the parking spot and it’s very easy to pull and handicap parking are available

Just road up to the drive through and was told we had to order inside. We parked and my husband went inside. As soon as he walked in this female yelled at him what was his problem. He literally just walked in. The person yelled at him again what his problem is, that he looked like he had a problem. Said the system was down. He just walked out. Yall got to do better. I'm not sure why you can order inside and not outside but either way, there was no reason to yell at a person like that.

The burgers are steamed which is why I like them. Atmosphere is pretty quiet. Services are normal for a fast food restaurant. The burgers cost more than the average fast food restaurant near me. But if you want better services and food then you will probably have to pay more money ?.
