I went to Wendy on 10/29 at 7:30 pm. No cars in line.. I was ordering a drink and forgot to add a 4 piece nugget for my artistic son. They manager had a problem with the add on and was cursing rudely and loudly.. My son has autism and repeated the curse word the manger said rudely.. Now im stuck with a bad word she said at the window..As a parent I have to keep calm. My reply to her was have a blessed day…

The food is Wendy's delicious. Service is fast but employees lack skills when it comes to talking to and dealing with customers.
The burgers are steamed which is good ?. To me that is the only thing that sets them apart from the others. And the burgers are extremely big with lots of toppings. Atmosphere and service was average. And the restaurant is always clean and tidy. The bathroom is also clean ? and tidy.
Vegetarian options: No vegetarian food unless you are going to get a salad.
Parking: Average parking lot with no pot holes and no bump. Looks clean.

There are so many flies in the building. All over drink and ice cream machine. It's like this all the time.
The people are rude they take doordash orders then close so dashers can't get the order after they accept it . The staff are slow and talk very rude. I wouldn't go here and I am a dasher I try not to accept orders from this store . Management needs to get a whole new crew at night time

i ordered baconator fries and they sent me regular fries. i also ordered a Cinnabon pull apart. They sent it completely Stone cold with warm frosting on top. The only thing they didn’t mess up with the lemonade. ??

Arrogant rude employees, didn’t get our order right, and some guy walked off with my card for a long period of time, would not recommend, I’d rather go hungry than deal with the snarky incompetent employees and shady guy taking off with my card. So disappointed.
