Service was very slow. Staff acted like they did not care nor know what they were doing. Drive-Thru was backed up so we went in to place an order to go. Order was taken in a timely manner. However, from time order was placed till served, was close to 40 minutes of standing and waiting and there was only two customers ahead of me with small orders. During that time the line backed out the door and customers were leaving without placing an order.

The food was not very hot but it was a delicious burger if going by taste alone. Please teach the people at the front counter how to be customer oriented. I ordered a Thin Mints fusion frosty and got a Chocolate Frosty. When I told the girl taking the orders, that's not what I ordered and proceeded to tell her I ordered a Thin Mints frosty, she tried to tell me that's not what I ordered. She made me the correct frosty but really had a bad attitude. When I tried being polite and saying thank you, she just looked at me and walked off.

Requested crispy bacon on jr bacon cheeseburgers, bacon was raw. Planned to eat inside but it was freezing, 55° outside and colder in resturant so we went home. The fries were limp and cold, burgers were nasty. I'd love to manage that place for 6 months!!!! Horrible attitudes. This world desperately needs an AWAKING!!!!

We are not from Albany so we decided to stop and eat. Was very disappointed when we could not eat in the dining area because it was too cold. They had the air conditioner going so high that it was actually making us shiver 61° outside today and it’s actually warmer outside than it was inside that store. food was OK but won’t be back again.

I don’t really have anything good to say about this location. Workers unfriendly, threw down tray and not polite at all. Drink out of the machine tasted like chemicals. Tables and chairs were disgusting. Bathrooms even worse.

Awful customer service!!! Very bad, nobody in there wants to be at work. I was an inconvenience to them when I was ordering my food. They genuinely do not lack skills to work with the public!
Pulled up and said i had a mobile order. I was asked if i was at the right place and told them yes. They claimed they didn't have the order, told them i have the sceenshot to prove that the order went to this location. They still claimed they didn't have it while giving an attitude. Showed them the screenshot with the address, they still tried to say they didn't have it but they disappear for a couple seconds and come back to tell me they actually do have the order. I wouldn't have had an issue from the start and i would have chalked it up as the system being wonky but i was given attitude when i was being cordial.. I can't let this one incident slide.
The next time i come up to get an order of mine and get given an attitude again I will not hesitate to figure out the appropriate phone numbers and emails to contact. These contacts will be spammed until something is done.
