Wing Dixie & Deli Albany Mall

Ate there 08/25/2024 and got sick as a dog. They came highly recommended and it was my first time eating there but never again! Wings weren’t flavorful but they were crispy. Definitely not worth getting ill.

When I worked in the mall years ago, the wings were great then. Still good to know they still are. I went in recently and hmgot the #1, my go-to. I am happy to announce they're still good!

I do not know who owns this establishment but this person that is your manager. This guy is as unprofessional as they come. We ordered food for my family at 12:58 PM and after we placed our order more people had came, ordered after us, and got their food. At 1:25 PM I asked the gentleman about how much longer it would be? I stated I ordered at 12:58 and it's been 25 minutes. He quickly replied that it will be another 25 minutes or an hour. I then told him to give me a refund for the food bc I had gotten my drinks and I'll pay for that. He quickly turned around and told the people in the back to cancel order 248. The lady looked up and said it's right here... I understood what they were saying bc I too speak Spanish. I told the gentleman if my food is ready as she says, then I'll keep it. He gave me back my receipts. I then waited another 5 minutes (it's been 30 plus minutes now for mall food) I told my mom who was visiting out of town - I guess they don't care on how they treat their Hispanic community. He turned around and told his staff to get the food ready for the butt hole (but the other word) up front. My mom nor myself appreciated that one bit. I didn't want to cause any issues bc my family and kids were with me and they had customers. I called when I got home and they transferred me to him bc he was the manager. He told him he didn't give a crap and to call the east Albany establishment. I tried to do that and all they did was hang up the phone. I am curious to know how many of their employees are actually legal here or have bought fake papers to work there? I am going to find out bc this establishment feels they can do what they want when they want. I won't be coming there again.

My daughter bought me dinner (wings & fries); when I opened the boz was shocked to see babu pigeon wings. Did y'all kill the neighborhood pigeons for this. I'm appalled!

The wings were tiny. Literally skin and bone. Skin tasted good tho.

Food is great but customer service is not so good. I called for 30 minutes to place an order and no one answered the phone. I called to other establishment and a nice young lady immediately answered the phone.
