Dietary restrictions: Hi, I am Lillie Chester the manager lied to me about my salad. There was less meat than normal. And she said I could pay half to accommodate that order and when I got there it was denied and a 25 percentage was offered. I refuse the offer and went elsewhere. What a company and management.

A pleasant discovery, it is not just another chicken place... It is very rich and tasty.

I ordered in the app .. my food wasn't ready when I came through the drive-thru .. cool, I was a bit earlier than the time proposed. 10 mins AFTER the time proposed... Still no food. Go in and wait 5 min finally get food and part of it is burnt and nibbler just tossed in the box.

Dominique should run for President. Today I saw her being yelled at by a frustrated Door Dasher, and she was only doing her job.She politely explained, with a smile on her face and apologized. She NEVER BECAME FRUSTRATED, RUDE OR ARGUMENTATIVE! Wow that's rare these days and I just had to give her credit!

Tonight I went to Zaxby’s and order a Big Zax snack dipped in hot honey mustard. I received old dry chic with maybe a drop of honey mustard and some old fries. I called the store to speak with the manager Isaiah was very much so nice nasty with me. Telling me to bring my food back up and he doesn’t care what I eat tonight. Remind you I live on the other side of town and the store closed in 6mins. A picture of my order is included.

I went to get a refund from the previous night and what I saw was amazing. The manager DOMINIQUE was exceptional, knowledgeable, and definitely about her business. She was taking care of customers and training her crew on the spot because of misinformation they had received. She did not talk down to them and she taught them something.
That will make better future experiences for all customers who visit the store.
The team was working in tandem. The food was fresh. The store was pleasantly clean. The staff was positive, polite and motivated and she was the force and leading it all. I will return and I hope this review will convince others that this Zaxby’s has it going on.
Ms Dominique, you showed up and showed out!! Keep up the great representation of our culture, our generation and Zaxby’s.

The food at the Zaxby's chain seems to be the same everywhere. I always order the Big Zax Snack. It is a good deal for the amount of food. I had trouble using the app at this location, but it could have been my service more than anything. I would recommend this location!
