Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I just went in today 2/20/25 at 2 pm and bought two meals, a wings n things and a wing meal. What a disappointment, food is like warm and dry as if it has been sitting for hours......
Horrible!!!! I won't be going there again

It's a totally different Zaxbys than I've ever seen. It's more like a regular fast food regular place. Took a long time to order and very quickly to receive our food. It's no wonder. The tenders tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for quite a while. I'm very disappointed. I will never visit this Zaxbys restaurant again. Do yourself a favor and go to another location.

Fast, courteous, and friendly. The food was warm and delicious. We had a Zax snack with coleslaw with sweet tea, Zax Zingsation salad with grilled chicken and Diet Coke, and finally, a Zax Teriyaki bone out chicken wings, with fries. Fried cheesecake balls. Total priced at $31.00.

Just because there is no one in the line, doesn’t mean they should give out food that has been sitting for hours. I ordered a salad and the next day my stomach feels bad. That salad was the only thing I ate that day and I felt fine before I ate it. More than likely the chicken tenders had just been sitting there. do better .

This location gets our sauces wrong everything at the drive through and we end up having to go in. This time I bought my wife and son the beast able boxes. Went in and corrected the sauces. When I got home, I realized that they decided not to put the chocolate in the bag. Now the kid is sad. Thanks. How hard is it to get a standard order correct? Worst Zaxbys location in the area.

I came thru the drivethru I ordered 3 wings and things dinners, asked for tongue torch all 3 , got no sauce on my wings. A dab of fries. Nothing tasted good. Call to complain and no one answered the phone shut it off. Food was lousy.

After purchasing a Cobb salad 4 times in 6 days, I went in to place an order for a Cobb salad and was told that they no longer sell salads. I told him their menu was the same and I bought one the day before. He laughed and said well my boss told me we aren't selling them anymore. So no salads. It's so nice to see such great customer service from young people today. I hope if he ever goes to a doctor they tell him they no longer provide the services they advertise. Also, the signs still show salads. Well, Zaxby's, you aren't the only game in town and I will make sure all my friends know you stopped selling salads.

This place is so nasty, when my cousin went to order me an feastables box guess what I saw. A ROACH. Well when I start eating I didn’t see nun until I moved my food around I see 2 roaches. I threw the box away and kept the food on a separate plate. I was so disgust . And what’s even worst is that the manger on the phone said she couldn’t do nothing about. I WANT MY refund . Also 13 yr old me shouldn’t be seeing or even going through this. I WILL LIKE TO SUE . Thank you very much. - July 3, 2024
