Best REAL bagel place around

We visited this place last week for a quick breakfast after seeing the photos and reviews. It’s a small spot and seemed promising at first, but the food didn’t live up to expectations at all.
My wife ordered the chicken biscuit, and the chicken tasted old and stale, very chewy and honestly not enjoyable. I got a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, and it was below average. The egg had almost no flavor, and the bacon was pretty bland too.
I can see how people might like this place for simple bagels and spreads, but based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend it for their breakfast sandwiches or overall breakfast menu.

Love this place! It’s my go to weekend spot. It’s such a great neighborhood cafe. The owners and employees always provided quick and quality service.
Excellent bagels made fresh with healthy options. Love the multi grain bagel with avocado. They have a great lunch menu as well with plenty of good beverage options.
Best bagels in Atlanta based on my Brooklyn background. I have been going there since I found it 20 years ago.

We picked up breakfast from here and it was my first time trying this place. We ordered the Cheese Jalapeño bagel with garden veggie cream cheese, and it was absolutely delicious!

I normally do ask for extra cream cheese. But this is it for me. I won’t be back I’ll have to find somewhere that’s not stingy with the cream cheese for 5.$$ a bagel with cream cheese. No thank you. I’ll make my own. I’ll add a photo because I promise I’m not making this up.

Great bagel place. Service is a little slow, but that's understandable on a Saturday morning. Great value for authentic bagels, probably the best ones we've ever had outside of NY. Definitely worth a visit and we'll be back soon!

The customer service at the front counter the other day from Diego was pathetic. I greeted him, but there was no reply, just a blank stare. I placed a very simple order to go and he simply spun the computer screen around for a tip. Yeah, right. Waited about 20 minutes to receive two bagels in a bag and he even got the order wrong. Of course no apology from him. The kitchen staff are awesome people, work hard and are very personable. If only the front counter staff were the same. Not going back to this place.

Been coming here for years every time I come in town. Clean, fresh, organized, and delicious. Consistency is huge especially when it comes to bagels and breakfast. Customer service was fantastic, food was hot, didn’t have to wait long. Got bagels to go home, per usual. Good “spread” of options 🤪 Make sure you get there early to get what you want or you’ll be left to the basics, it’s that good!
