Been coming here for years every time I come in town. Clean, fresh, organized, and delicious. Consistency is huge especially when it comes to bagels and breakfast. Customer service was fantastic, food was hot, didn’t have to wait long. Got bagels to go home, per usual. Good “spread” of options 🤪 Make sure you get there early to get what you want or you’ll be left to the basics, it’s that good!

Really kind and friendly staff. Larger menu than I expected - in addition to a delicious bagel selections there is hot and cold lunch! Coffee was good. Heads up - they put mayo on the breakfast sandwiches so if you’re not a fan, request no mayo :)

This place USED to be pretty great until now. For my birthday celebration recently, I invited friends and family over. I told them all about this place and bragged and bragged! I decided to buy everyone brunch for my birthday and told everyone how much they would LOVE the Honey Almond Cream Cheese Spread. I made sure to buy bagels at the grocery and I purchased bagels from Bagel Boys.
When the order finally came to my home (delivery) there was ZERO Honey Almond Cream Cheese Spread in the bag! NONE. I was so upset and in shock I quickly called the restaurant and explained their mistake. At first I spoke with a woman who did NOT apologize at all and basically left it up to DoorDash to give me a refund on the missing cream cheese and I, as the customer had to pay again (with me having to pay the difference, tip the delivery driver again & taxes + fees for the second delivery) just to get what I ordered the first time around.
My friends did not have a lot of time to wait but I assured them it was worth it. The order finally came a second time and I was hoping all of this was over with. I ripped open the bag only to find the PLAIN cream cheese spread. I burst into tears because after ordering twice and having to pay extra for your mistake Bagel Boys!
Of course I immediately called back the store, and somebody by the name of Diego answered, claiming he was the manager. He promised to refund as I told him my friends had to leave. After several weeks of waiting, OF COURSE I GOT NO REFUND. So I called up Bagel Boys again and spoke with this supposed manager, Diego. He was NOT friendly or apologetic and told me to take it up with DoorDash. This is not the responsibility of DoorDash when your store is not correctly packing orders for the drivers. TWICE in a row at that. I was lied to about the refund and NEVER did get the proper compensation. I was SO shocked that he did not even care about ruining my birthday. I said to him before we hung to please have the owner call me. Needless, to say, I am STILL waiting for the phone call. SOME customer service and SOME birthday.

The food was fine but woman at the register was very unfriendly. She did not greet or look up at me through our interaction. They were not busy to account for the interaction. Would prefer to go else where.

So, my daughter just relocated her from New Jersey and I've been bragging about the Bagel Boys location near our Johns Creek home in Alpharetta (4620 Kimball Bridge Road). This morning we had an opportunity to go so she could get some breakfast. As we walked in the door she told me the cashier (short hispanic female with black hair) gave her an unwelcoming look and when my daughter said "good morning" she did not respond. Now bear in mind I was told this after leaving. I then ordered a toasted Blueberry bagel with butter and my daughter initially ordered a bagel with bacon, eggs and cheese. I then changed my order to the same because it sounded good. I asked the cashier if they scrambled their eggs because that is the only way I can eat it. She said "yes". The tall white guy that appeared to be the. manager came and said they put heavy cream in it and pour it into something and they cook it. So again, for clarification, I asked if it was scrambled. He then walked back to the kitchen and showed me the egg that WAS NOT SCRAMBLED, it appeared to be STEAMED which I do not like. I thanked him for clearing up my confusion and as I proceeded to pay for what would now be my original Blueberry Bagel with butter and my daughter's now new order of the pistachio muffin, the cashier literally rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed as if she was annoyed right in front of me. So I said, "are you really getting upset because I asked about how you serve your eggs"? No response so I just paid and walked towards where the chairs were. She said my order will be a the window. Initially, I was going to sit down and remembered that I'll just go to the window since it's only a buttered bagel. When I got to the pick up window, I overheard her talking about me to another employee. She was in my direct line of view but I didn't see which employee she was talking to. I was so offended and disrespected that I then asked for a refund because I didn't want their food from that location. My daughter and I then drove approximately 5 additional miles to the Haynes Bridge location where we were greeted by two SUPER FRIENDLY cashiers. I asked this same cashier how they prepared their eggs and she answered with a friendly demeanor, "STEAMED". I looked at my daughter and proved my point. The cashier at the Kimball bridge location apparently came in with an attitude or maybe they are not used to minorities living in that location. Not sure but it was super unkind, mean and disrespectful. The manager just moved her out of the way, gave me my refund with receipt and let me go on my way. There was no attempt to rectify the matter. There was no apology for how we were treated. I will never spend my money at THAT LOCATION AGAIN and I don't expect to get a response from JACK POTTAGE who was the manager that gave me my money back. Lesson: If you work with the public and you can't offer a good morning or a simple smile then you are in the wrong line of work. As for this manager, seeing that this is a family owned business, if you allow your employees to treat people badly whether they are minorities or not, SHAME ON YOU. Perhaps you are so well off, there is no need to treat people with even a minimum amount of decency.
This pains me to do this: to post this low of a score for ANY place, and I want to be VERY clear, this score is NOT a reflection of this local chain's other locations. This score is for THIS location, AND THIS location ONLY.
My family and I were weekly patrons of the Kimball Bridge location. My husband and I have BOTH had jobs in the food service industry and understand things happen and mistakes are made. They were made at the Kimball Bridge location.....
BUT here at this location on Haynes Bridge is a mess! The service is terrible, the mistakes don't get corrected, the rude attitude and frankly disrespect I received is unacceptable. We moved and now this is the location closest to us. But getting the attitude from the front of house "hostess" we started looking elsewhere for our weekly bagel brunch.
Sadly after reading the similar feelings from others, I almost don't want to continue to drive the unnecessary distance to the other location, especially since by the time it gets home it's chilled (unfortunately the aluminum outer layered paper for take-out seems to have been replaced).
Small businesses are our general go to and I wish this one would get it's act together.

Lady at the register who took our order was needlessly rude. They also forgot to enter my husband's order somehow and only half the order was on the ticket. When they finally entered his order it came out wrong. Asked for here and they gave it to us to go. All over the place.

There's was the most obnoxiously loud alarm that kept going off. Absolutely ear piercingly loud. No soap in the restrooms.

The lady with purple lipstick ignored me at her register, made a smoothie with her bare hands(touching the fruit), then went back to the register and back to the smoothie!
My sandwich is burnt!
