Been to this location several times. I like their bagels. One of the better places in the area. Always fresh and on the thicker side. Staff is always friendly and moves the lines along well. Had their Carmel coffee today for the first time - pretty delicious.

I asked for light cream cheese and got this, also wait took 20 minutes in a DRIVE THRU, they didn’t even say “sorry for the wait” and then I got this cream cheese explosion which was gross. Don’t come here.

This place is truly exceptional and a must try!! The bagels are the absolutely delicious and the customer service is unmatched. I absolutely love this bagel shop! It is as close as you can get to finding a New York bagel in the South! Great options, wonderful service and a warm and quaint feel to the establishment. I would go there again and again and again and again!

Oh my goodness they have the nicest people there and service was great. Chose my bagels and forgot to tell them to cut them and asked if they could and the girl (didn't get name) said absolutely! I was thrilled and the Everything bagels were freshly made. My family will enjoy the bagels for brunch tomorrow. Environment was really nice as well. Ample seating. Thank you Bagel Boy for making it great! The bagels are delicious besides!

Visiting from out of town. Came twice bc my niece loves the cheddar bagel i had the egg avacado wrap which was only ok.my son liked his ham egg cheese bagel. They forgot to give me one of my bagels, had to go back in after buckling kids in car seat. Which was annoying .Went today, i ordered the 4 cheese melt. The bread was barely warm and none of the cheese was melted. So disappointing because a cold grilled cheese sandwich is gross. We got in the car and they forgot to give my husband the pastry he ordered, they gave it to him when he went back in. Its not a bad restaurant just kept missing the mark. Check your order before you leave the store. My husband did love his biscuit sandwich.
