Why are you offering online delivery services for orders...if your not going to complete orders!?
This has been my third attempt trying to orde via your delivery options, you continue to cancel my orders!

While the bagels are good (not the best in Atlanta, in my opinion), I’m very confused why a bacon egg and cheese on everything and a dozen bagels should cost over $50. $2/bagels tops for dozens! The sandwich is very good and bagels are huge, but I just don’t think the value is there for me.

Cute place. Bagels are always on point (we typically do take out of bagels). This was our first time doing dine in as a family. Everything else is decent. It's a cute little restaurant. Wasn't a fan of the home fries. Scrambled eggs were more fried that scrambled. But the bagel and bacon were excellent.

I’m from NY and have been in ATL a few years. I was excited to try this place but some of the reviews are so disappointing over the same issues. I live nearly 20 miles away and afraid of being disappointed. I may give it a try at some point.. not sure.
UPDATE: based on your response to me I’ll give 3 stars and will certainly come in this weekend and try you guys and update my review accordingly. Thank you!!
Bagels are good but service is total garbage. They mess up your order constantly and the pricing is out of control. $32 for a dozen bagels is total robbery.

The bagels were really good… and the honey nut cream cheese is a highlight. The breakfast sandwiches (we got an egg and cheese and an egg, bacon, and cheese) were pretty basic though. I wouldn’t get the sandwiches again, but I’d definitely go back for the bagels

Please don’t accept Door Dash orders when you know you’re out of bagels, then let the dasher get all the way tup your restaurant only to tell them you can’t fulfill the order. You have access to not accept and cancel orders orders in this circumstance, do so! You’ve now cost me my time and money having to reach out to customer service and jump through a bunch of hoops and prove it’s not available. All while not getting paid. My time is my money, your product is yours, do better!
Great breakfast joint, P.E.C. on an everything bagel was nice . I brought some home for the family and everyone enjoyed it.

We saw it on Atlanta Eats a few months back and I was waiting when nearby to go. Finally did. Service felt rushed and impatient. Kit Kat cream cheese disappointed, not for us. Did leave with a generous free bag of bagels, given we mentioned it was our first time. It's way too far for us but worth the stop next time we are around. Will try other menu options. Thanks for the free bagels, had them today at home!

We stopped at BB this morning to buy a dozen bagels because we heard these are the best bagels around. When we got home, we had 11 1/2 bagels! The 1/2 bagel had been toasted! What’s with that????

I was a bit apprehensive to try since there are so many places claiming to have authentic NY food when really its just "inspired by." But these bagels get the highest praise it takes me right back to skipping 1st period in high school to grab breakfast. I'll definitely be back and bringing the fam when they come to visit.

As a NJ native, these are the closest thing to NJ/NY bagels. They have delicious food. However their prices have gotten out of control. I recently got 2 Taylor ham breakfast sandwiches and it cost me $28. I almost fell over. The same sandwich would cost $6 each in NJ today. I understand costs have gone up and inflation but that’s too much. Bagels should be viewed as a special occasion treat but they’ve priced them as such.

Unfortunately the last few times I’ve ordered from them for delivery. I was either missing a bagel, missing cream cheese, or the cream cheese sizes were very incorrect. Beware!

Shocked at how expensive two dozen bagels are for $62. Inflation has gone up and so have the bagels!!

We have become regulars here for good reason- it is so good every time. We commute 40 min a few weekends a month for these bagels and it is so worth it. Our waitress is always kind and quick- love her. Seriously- if you’ve read this far, this is your sign to go. Pancakes are also good here !!
