We had a sugar treat with cold stone visit . The service was really good and place was clean.

Kids had fun choosing their flavors along with the adults.

Parking is easily available and we can do outdoor as well as indoor seating

Zero is the best review, he was very mean and rude for no reason.

I placed an online order for a birthday cake to be ready for pickup on Friday 8/8 at 12:30pm. I showed up at 12:30 and waited until 12:45 and no one was there. The store is locked and closed with no lights on. You have already charged my card. I can’t get ahold of anyone through the phone. I need a full refund. I have called the store multiple times and there is no email or any link to complain to corporate. The phone number says “your call cannot be completed” so I can’t even leave a voicemail. Completely ridiculous.

Got there before closing time and doors were closed. Saw a guy inside - made eye contact and he totally ignored.

Service is terrible. Celia is not knowledgeable of the Signatures. I ordered a Like it (small) of Caramel Turtle Temptation and was charged over $11 for it. I asked why and explained it’s a signature. She stated it wasn’t. Finally she said ok and said she charged for extra caramel and nuts. She originally put a spit of both in it. I asked for a little more. She should’ve explained it will be an extra charge. Then the amount given. I have NEVER been treated like this at ANY cold stone! HORRIBLE!

I have always loved going to Cold Stone. I get my usual: cotton candy in a chocolate bowl - and as usual its always amazing.

Love this location! Not sure why there are negative reviews, it's possible it is now under new ownership.. but my husband and I are regulars at this location and they always fill our to-go cups to the brim and to the top of the lid, which i've never had another location do before! They have also made other nice gestures for us like giving us a free 6 pack of ice cream cupcakes that otherwise would have went to waste since they were Halloween ones and I'm sure they were getting rid of them but instead of tossing them they gave them to us, most fast food places don't do that. I appreciated the gesture. Prices are the same as other locations too. I've also never had a disappointing cup of ice cream here, it's always good! Fast service everytime.

Someone new must be running this place because it’s nothing like it was before. I picked up a cake and the writing I requested was not honored and when we cut into the cake it was extremely tough and crumbly. The cake was old.

Went here for Ice Cream with my mother and grandparents several years ago. Me and mom both ordered 1 scoop Mint chocolate chip in cones while my grandfather got 1 scoop of Strawberry in a cup and my grandmother 1 scoop of vanilla in a cup. There weren't a lot of customers that day and service was alright. The ice cream for everyone was delicious with no complaints from everyone. It was really a great time out getting to make some good memories with the grandparents.

It was my husband’s birthday. My son went to pick up the cake. He asked the person there to write happy birthday dad on the cake. It was not cheap, it was more than $49 cake. The person refused and said that it is done only with appointment. We have been going to this cold stone location for years and have never had this issue before. I asked my son to go back inside and request again if they are not busy they will do it. He told the associate that we were not aware of this new policy and next time we will make sure to get the appointment. He was not at all busy and told my son that he couldn’t do it. He was just being unhelpful and it basically ruined it for us by not spending two minutes to make old time customer satisfy. I am very disappointed with the rude behavior and will think twice before going back to that location.

The employees were very racist and didn’t treat me and my mother with respect. It was clear antisemitism 100% no doubt.
