Horrible service and never opens on time. You guys need to just change your hours and open 11:30am. Every week I show up to eat at 11:00am and your workers are posting a note in the door Open late today. Get it together!!
We’ve been loyal customers for years. They’ve very recently implemented auto gratuity of parties of 5 and up. Not typically problem as I’d be happy to tip of my own accord, but there was NO notice on the menu or anywhere in the restaurant until the bill arrived. As far as I know from friends who worked here these employees are not tip-dependent servers and the menu is primarily self service (just grab off conveyor belt or get delivered by robot).
