I have eaten at Colletta many times but this was my first time for brunch and wow did they deliver. First and foremost the food was spectacular as always, eggs were a perfect over medium, their breakfast potato's were to die for and the steak was perfectly cooked. My family and I went to Colletta for the first time for my daughter's birthday. The food was incredible and delicious. The meatballs are out of this world. We had some of everything they offer on the menu and it was all scrumptious! The staff was also amazing and very attentive. Austin, who I think is the manager, was constantly checking on us in addition to our great server who I think was Anthony. The interior is also very beautiful. Lovely casual Italian food. The service has been hit or miss or each of our visits, but the management has been awesome to correct any issues. The first time we went they went out of their way to make a friends birthday special and we'll always remember how great they made it.
