Not a good Costco! I visit many Costco's around the country,and this is the worst I've seen. REPEATEDLY 1) several employees simply weren't helpful 2) didn't know where things were 3) wouldn't help when asked. Many items typically (and commonly) available in Costco were not available. Funky layout compared to other Costco's . Left feeling that I never want to come back here, and Sam's is looking like a better alternative.

Even when they are super busy here they always have stupendous customer service. It was packed today but they made everyone feel valued, got them out the door in record time and all in all they had all smiles on their faces when they were doing this. Thanks for the great customer service.

Just left Costco! I have to give major props to whoever was running the optical station today. Sadly, I didn't get her name, but the woman that helped us went above and beyond. She went out of her way to be helpful and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised.

It is TERRIBLE for Covid 19 social distancing. Especially at the front of the store if you have to manage your account or pick up merchandise. Not only are customers there that just don't respect your space. The management doesn't either. All of the employees are all over each other. And when the employees walk by you they don't respect your distance either. I can back home after handling an issue with my account actually frustrated at how unsafe it is.

It's a pandemic. I sent my card with my little sister because I'm sick. I live and work across the state and spend a lot at Costco. She and her friend wore masks to return some things for me and to pick up items. The return went fine. The cashier at checkout was cocky , nosey and rude, gatekeeping our groceries because she felt my sister who lives with me should not be able to check out. The cashier and several members of management made a spectacle, embarassed my family and turned them away. $300+ worth of household goods could not be purchased because this cashier and her management are inflexible during a pandemic. This has never been an issue before. I spend too much money here for this unprofessional treatment by poorly trained retail workers.I'm sick. I'll be up there TOMORROW to sort this out. -Long-Standing Executive Member

Costcos are pretty standard - but we have mostly received excellent customer service at this one. For example, when my husband and I purchased some large games for the rec room. There were four people helping us move them out and into the car. Another time, with only a small purchase, a manager helped me find a laundry tote. I think big or small - they really try to help. It would be 5 stars if the tire center was more helpful, the self check out line was orchestrated better and the parking lot wasn't such a madhouse (though I don't know how they could help that part). Local and worth the membership to us!
I've been coming here since it opened and now I'm letting my account lapse. I've bought multiple sets of tires and this time I was just getting a tire rotation. I called to make an appointment and the guy said - just come on in. When I got there he told me 2+ hours I said wait a second its usually about an hour if you don't have an appointment and he said no that's if you do have an appointment. I definitely don't want too wait an hour if I have an appointment either but that's not the case , this guy had his information wrong and he, pardon my French, was a dick to me and my son. It was just a tire rotation cause that's what the sticker said to do that you put on. Down goes the sticker and our business. Last year I got my smallest rewards (2700.00)...never again.

Can't say enough good things about this place! From the beginning of the pandemic they have been on it! Carts sanitized, social distancing and efficiently getting customers in and out while staff is courteous and helpful! Glad to shop here every week!

I loved this Costco in Georgia it was clean and well stocked. It had fresh food like hummus and red pepper plate.
