The food here is amazing. It's perfect for a casual dining environment it is a little on the pricey side. The establishment is also very clean. They also serve beer for dad and wine for mom. However the place was empty with only one other family dining during my visit.

The food was just not good. The quality of the meat of both the burgers and boneless chicken were questionable. I’d give this Craft 1 star instead of 2 if it weren’t for the fried brussel sprouts & regular fries. Both the Green Mile burger and kid’s cheeseburger had an off putting taste. The 4.6 rating was unrealistic, so I’m hoping to give a more accurate expectation for future patrons.

We waited 30 minutes for the food and the food still was not ready, so requested a refund. I understand they are short staffed, but they got all the orders out for internet to go orders, but let the dine in customers wait more than 30 minutes. Would not go back there again.

Visited the location today for lunch. The restaurant only had patrons at 1 table. 10 mins after placing my order told it would be another 15 mins. Took my refund and went somewhere else. I will not be back.

Had a disappointing experience with the staff at Craft today. Erika took our order over the phone. The phone interaction was odd, not friendly or professional. Upon arrival I went to pay and noticed one of our items rang up for a different price than was listed on the wall menu. As far as I know business legally have to honor the listed pricing, as is ethical. I asked for a small price adjustment out of principal, a guy was helping me at this point, he seemed to not know what to do and got Erika involved again. She gave the price adjustment with a bit of attitude. I saw the food runner (same guy as before) bring out a to-go order I suspected was ours. I saw him bring it to Erika and she directed him to put it at the back counter. I asked my son to check the bag to see if it was ours and it was. He asked the food runner and he handed over the bag to my son. This spiteful attitude from Erika was of poor taste and reinforced how short sighted the staff is. You would rather lose a client over $1 than be kind and accomodate what is right?
With that being said we had some great fries and chicken fingers. I will also say I have experienced some very friendly staff at Craft on other occasions. Erika clearly doesn't seem to want to be there, I get it, it's not a dream job, but that doesn't mean you can't treat people with decency and kindness.

Good and fresh food but wait times are atrocious 30mins plus for a single order of fried chicken, the store wasn't even that busy. The African American girl with the red hair at the back always wearing airpods at the front is unfriendly, I work in food service as well at Dunkin and even with a long shift I still manage to provide good service with a smile on my face and not being snarky, which this worker clearly wasn't.
