I can’t say enough about Craft Burger. The food is absolutely top notch. Their gluten free bun paired with a plant based Impossible Burger is super tasty and a great choice whether you want something hearty or lighter. And for anyone who overlooks the grilled chicken salad with the herbed lemon vinaigrette, it is fresh, bright, and full of flavor. It might just be the most underrated item on the menu, offering one of the best values dollar for dollar.

The staff at Craft Burger are always warm and friendly. Erika especially goes above and beyond each time I visit, making the service stand out as excellent. You can tell the team genuinely cares about creating a memorable dining experience.

Highly recommend: whether you are here for a signature burger, a plant based option, or that surprisingly standout salad, Craft Burger will leave you impressed and ready to come back again.

The food here is great! You can tell everything is freshly made. I’ve tried the chicken tenders and burgers, and both were delicious and perfectly cooked. Portions are generous. The only thing that bothered me once is that they played explicit music, which is really uncomfortable when going with family, but they changed it when I asked them.

This business has hours listed both on the door and online as closing at 9pm. I was turned away at 8:46p on a Monday night because “the kitchen closes at 8:45”. Who is turning away anyone’s business in this economy in 2025 and why arent you open during the hours stated on all your customer touch points. Just ridiculous.

I got their blackened salmon salad and boy, let me tell you, it knocked my socks off! I was so amazed by the quantity and quality that I immediately knew that I had gotten a super value for my $15. It came with two (yes, 2) hot 8 oz black and salmon pieces atop a medley of sliced baby tomatoes, peppers, onions roasted brussel sprouts and whatever else was blended in a savory, seasoned sauce. A tin cup of dill seed cucumber ranch made each mouthful a delightful culinary experience. On the side I was served a corn salad consisting of onion, grated cheese and corn, of course, blended with some kind of secret sauce that made my toes crack with the light. Slurp!
While this review might sound a bit over the top, please know that I'm only trying to assure all salmon lovers that if you get this dish, whipped together by the same cook, you will be amazed by the quality of this dish. If I was one of michelin's epicers on the prowl, I would definitely consider giving this location in award on that particular meal. Enough said?
Oh wait... If you go with other people who get those little bitty hamburgers that they sell, please know that it will probably take you twice as long to eat this meal as them because chewing the many Brussels sprouts adds time to consuming the entire meal and, as I said, it is quite large, considering the amount of salmon they give you.
As for a drink, I opted for the Powerade with plenty of ice and about four lemon slices squeezed into it.

Absolutely disgusting!! I’ve order here thru Door dash a few times and it was decent. This is the second time I’ve eaten inside their place and the second time the orders came out wrong. This time we ordered 3 burgers 1 frie and 3 sodas and it was $48 plus tip. Two of the burgers came out wrong . They took both burgers back and when they came back out one was done correct and the second looked like they tore it apart to put the missing ingredients on. I took one bite and it was disgusting tasted like it came off the floor. I brought the burger to the counter and explained to the guy it was horrible he asked what burger it was and I told him. And he just stared at me didn’t say a word, no sorry, no what can I do just stared at me. I turned around and left. This was at the Jones Bridge Road location at 5:46pm on Friday 7/11/2025.

Can I say this is the prettiest burger I have ever seen!!!!!

This was my first time going and experiencing Craft Burger. I was on the hunt for an impossible burger (which not many places have it available). Anywho... there was available parking, and the establishment is immaculate! The outside patio had a dog bowl or two, and it was extremely clean. Nice furniture! It is off the main road.

Nemi provided fantastic service on me placing my first order. The wait time was fine, and I placed my order to go.
Again, may I say... this is the prettiest burger I have ever seen!!!!! Now I am sure the name has something to do with it.

I ordered the Craft Classic Burger. However, I completed a substitute for an Impossible Burger.

Once my order was ready, Nemi brought it over to me in a sealed paper bag. Talk about service and protection! I arrived at my home and everything was still at a good temperature. Fries... YUM!! Cooked all the way through, crispy, flavorful, and not soggy.

I took a quick bite of the burger and WOW!! It was a party in my mouth on how delicious this bite was! I definitely look forward to returning!!! No doubt about it! Plus... they have impossible burgers! Hee-Hee!!!!! Also, the menu is extremely interesting with a wide variety of things to try, especially with seafood options as well!

Delicious burgers but those gluten-free BUNS? Stale tasting, have a weird texture and FALL APART - it’s really bad.
