Been ordering from crust for years and never had a problem (multiple) until recently. Over the years their customer service was amazing, best in town - not sure what happened but now it’s terrible. Ordered a to go order and they forgot something the first time. After driving back to get it, they refused to remake it because it was clearly cold and their fault. Next time I ordered, I found a hair in my fries and pretty sure I ate one too (can’t confirm or deny this part). Disgusted me to the point where I had to throw the food out. I called to let them know and the person on the phone was extremely rude telling me it had to be my hair (I’m bald).

I wasn’t going to leave a review but person on the phone was rude when I called to let them know about our to-go experience so sharing here as well. We order takeout from crust all the time and love the food but the last two times we have ordered to go (both in the past week) we’ve had issues. First order issue, part of order was missing (salmon add on $12) and because of the way everything was bagged in brown bags we didn’t notice until we got all the way home and had to come back and get it, which is frustrating because we have a baby at home and it’s not easy for us to come back. Then today my husband placed a to go order and when he got home found a hair in his food immediately upon opening the Togo box. When I called to let them know they told me that the only person preparing the food was bald instead of just apologizing. Now an entire meal has gone to waste because he was grossed out and for the record my husband is also bald and so it wasn’t his hair. 🤔

I absolutely loved my Parmesan chicken and the homemade pasta was outstanding! I have not eaten pasta in a few years and I might not wait so long just knowing how good it was. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.

I hate to give this place five stars for fear I will never get a seat! If you like your Italian food tangy and delicious, look no further. And large $6 drafts with sports television hanging all around - It's a no-brainer! While there, show the children the huge kitchen that looks like a pizza oven with a bunch of chefs wearing white hats beating dough in the submission and chopping up fresh vegetables. Zowee! Made myself hungry... Got to go now!

My office is steps away from Crust and We often go to Crust to enjoy their LUNCH specials! You should stop by and enjoy a salad and a slice for a steal!!!
