Car pickup. Spaghetti bolognese has very little sauce and was cold. No parmesan. Very disappointing since we hardly eat out. It was nothing but cold spaghetti with a little bit of tomatoes. No bread included.

Food was pretty good but the waiter overcharged my tip and the restaurant's phone number was not in service to have it corrected. Came in on Saturday last week, order was $24.25 and left a $3.75 tip for $28 total. My Card was charged $31.15. The other person at my table had left a $3.15 tip on his bill and his CC was not ever charged the full amount he signed for. The restaurant made an error when entering the other charge, yet for some reason decided to add that tip to my CC which I didn't authorize. Fraudulent entry of receipts I didn't authorize constitutes fraud. Is $3.15 worth escalating? Of course not. But I would encourage everyone coming here to keep paper receipts of charges.
Considering I was not able to get in contact with the manager because the number was "not in service" I disputed the charge with my credit card company for the difference. I definitely will not be back here.

Food is tasty and yummy. Got chicken home salad with chicken, small bianco pizza and creme brûlée. Everything is awesome. Salad came fresh(not seems like from a freezer like other restaurants do). Brian o pizza is so good we didn’t leave a trace. Creme brûlée is good and tasty. Beija did a great job in serving. We will definitely come back

We walked in, the man that was at the hostess desk, did not even acknowledge that we had arrived until we said two for dinner. we then asked For booth seating, he told us only center tables were available. He then took us past three open tables and wanted to seat us right in front of where the servers picked up the food from the kitchen, and there were at least eight servers standing on top of the table. We asked to move up to one of the other open tables, and he agreed, but his facial expression expressed his displeasure. As we sat down, a booth came open next to us, we ask if we could move over. He proceeded to tell us no that was for someone that had four or six people coming for dinner. There were no other individuals waiting to be seated in the lobby. It was 4:45 PM in the afternoon. Definitely, it was not a busy time. The person leaving the table was a single person . We decided that we could find somewhere for dinner that had much nicer and courteous staff and wanted our dollars.
We have frequent in this restaurant many times, and this level of customer service is way below expectations. Most likely will not be back.

We have been long time customers of Crust and Rena’s and it has always been one of our favorites. On average, we spend about 140.00 for a family of four. Last night, my father and I ordered the chicken Marsala. First, let me tell you our double breast chicken looked about as big a breast from a pigeon. Tiny, tough and dry. I never complain having worked in every aspect of the restaurant industry, including being a server and managing the Kitchen as well as font of the house. I asked the server if we could get some extra Marsala sauce to go with the chicken home because it was kind of dry. She said sure, it will be a dollar each. Okay, a buck is fine even though I think the sauce could have been gratis since the chicken was hardly sauced and dry. She brings sauce and it is less than 1 ounce of sauce. Also fine, whatever. Then we get the bill and we were changed 3.00 each for less than an ounce of sauce. I called the server over and asked her why it was $3 instead of $1. She said some sauces are more and she misquoted. I told her for $3, we can do without the paltry amount of sauce for $3. So she says she’s sorry and is cash back okay so we don’t have to run the credit card? Sure. So she comes back to our table where our meals are boxed up with the extra sauce. She gives us both $3 back and asked for the sauces back. I was flabbergasted that she asked for them back. I though she would just honor the price she told us. We spent 160.00 with tip and they are nickeling and diming us on sauce for dry chicken. As we left, I saw the sauce was on the busser’s station and probably thrown out(at least I would hope so since the sauce was in a to go box of half eaten food). Anyhow, I hope treating a frequent diner this way was worth the $6 of sauce you took back. We won’t be returning. Worst server/manager decision ever.

Have eaten here many times and love the atmosphere, but sometimes the food can be hit or miss. I would never order the calamari - it’s very tough. We had a chicken marsala, which was spectacular, but didn’t come with enough sauce and requesting a little bit of extra sauce they wanted to charge an extra three dollar; the Arancini is really amazing if you like goat cheese. We would eat here again. Nice neighborhood pizza place with other options on the menu.
