It is the most disgusting thing that can happen to a person if you find hair in the food. It is supposedly a clean restaurant that has to take all the care in the food they sell to their customers and they were still not embarrassed by what had happened to me. charge for the food and tell me when they brought me the bill that they had deducted $1.80 for the hair that the food had, that was the price it cost to have eaten food with hair.

It’s a shame I have to leave this review as el porton has been great over the years, but this experience will be the last. The waitress was very under trained and very slow. We received our queso before we even got our chips and was totally appalled with their policy on margaritas being returned. My fiancé ordered a speciality margarita and it was downright disgusting. When telling our waitress about it she said that we would still be charged for it since my fiancé had a sip of it. How is she supposed to know if she likes it or not without even tasting it?!! Paid $12 for one sip of a nasty margarita and received terrible service and for these circumstance we will not be returning.

Enchiladas verdises had rubbery shells, steak was chewy and tough. Sauce tasted like it was fresh put of can. Steak nachos had same meat tough problem. Salsa was good. Chips were stale.
Just stop by after my kid’s taekwondo practice. Great food! The dinning experience was amazing. I have a baby with me and the host gives me options for different seating locations. Highly recommended

I work right across the street from this place and will NEVER eat there again. I use to use their app to order and they started forcing you to tip just to order for pick up. They made the app where when you put 0 in the tip, it automatically makes it 10%. The attitude in this place is terrible! They should change their app to where its a service fee and not a tip! At least there are lots of other Mexican places to eat, which are better anyway
