Food Terminal (Alpharetta)

I came with my friends to have dinner and explore this place for the first time. Lynn took care of us and from the service to the food, all of it was exceptional. The menu was exceptional and had amazing descriptions as well as a large plethora of vegetarian options. I absolutely reccomend coming here!

Amazing experience, very yummy food. Everything was very fresh, areas and bathroom were very clean. Our server was Joshua, great guy! He offered to walk us through the drink, main and dessert menu and gave us some yummy recommendations. My party and I had a great time and are definitely coming back!

Never got to eat, the lack of service was almost impressive. I’m a frequent flyer of Food Terminal and Sweet Hut Bakery, absolutely love the menu and typically have a great experience. The negligence today was there and it can’t be ignored, we sat for close to 30 minutes before we had to wave down a waiter to ask if we had a server or not and his response was verbatim “you are one of my tables and I didn’t see you there” I’m in customer service and typically would stay if you hadn’t walked past us and made eye contact multiple times, we just got up and left after that response. Ridiculous

The chicken curry and the grandma bbq were very good but the chicken fried rice definitely tasted different. I was personally not a huge fan. Service was amazing

The food is okay. Did not have much veg options. Bao being the worst option to try. It was so bland , and no matter what sauce i added it din help, second worst option that i tried was some mango coconut passion fruit smoothie. What i also did not like is the gratuity which they add on their own that too almost 20% !! It should be on the customer to add tips on the basis of their experience

Service was good. Portions were a little small for the appetizers. Still worth stopping in for a reasonably priced meal and good food.

Really good but I wish they had the yong tofu like the Buford highway one! Please can they add it to the menu

Nice service from a waitress whose name was Lynn. Food was very good, service was incredible, and the restaurant was just chill.
