Overpriced and rude/indifferent manager. He could care less about being nice to customers. The staff follow his lead but may be nicer if the manager was more polite and respectful of customers. The only reason this place is nice is because of the halcyon open mall ambience which is really nice.

Ordered dine in espresso and was served in a paper cup. No water (stale or carbonated) to go with it. The beans were very old as I had little to no crème on my shot. The flavor was not great and very burnt tasting. Disappointing.

I've been a regular patron of Fuel Coffee for quite some time now, often finding it to be a cozy haven where I can settle in with my work or simply enjoy a quiet moment with a cup of coffee. However, my recent visit left me deeply disappointed and contemplating whether I'll return.On the particular day of my visit, I arrived with the intention of settling in to get some work done. As usual, I found a comfortable spot and began a work call, intending to place my order afterward. Unfortunately, the call ran longer than expected, and I hadn't yet made my purchase when a worker approached me.Rather than politely waiting for a break in my conversation, the worker interrupted my call to inform me that it was unacceptable for me to be there without having already placed an order. This abrupt interruption was not only rude but also quite unsettling, especially considering my status as a frequent customer.What struck me as particularly perplexing was the fact that I hadn't even utilized their Wi-Fi during my visit. I was solely occupied with my call and had not taken advantage of any of their amenities.The worker proceeded to explain that the owner had concerns about people lingering without making purchases. While I understand the need for businesses to ensure turnover and maintain a profitable operation, the manner in which this concern was addressed felt entirely disrespectful and unwelcoming.As someone who has consistently supported Fuel Coffee, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. It's disheartening to feel unwelcome in a place I once considered a refuge. While I appreciate the need for businesses to manage their space effectively, there are certainly more tactful ways to address such concerns without alienating loyal customers.Regrettably, I fear that this encounter may mark my last visit to Fuel Coffee. Despite the pleasant ambiance and quality beverages, the lack of respect and consideration for customers' experiences is ultimately a dealbreaker for me. I hope that the management of Fuel Coffee will reflect on their approach to customer interactions and strive to create a more welcoming environment for all patrons in the future.

? The place is great as far as service, beverages and food goes. However, the atmosphere it a whole different story. The few times I have come here, There’s always the same huge group of woman that come and are very loud and noisy, no awareness of others around them. It’s a coffee shop, a place where people go looking for a calm cozy setting not a zoo. Definitely not a pleasant experience. This place has such great potential.
