Walked into the food court starving and hadn’t eaten at the hotdog factory before. Had the Smashburger and my mom got the New Yorker hotdog. I devoured mine in an instant because it was insanely good and my mom loved her meal as good as mine . Osmara did an amazing job with her service. She double checked our order and made my mom super happy best thing you could ask for when you’re starving to death!
The food is great and the price is fair. The staff is always incredibly kind and welcoming!!
Leslie was GREAT! She got my food to me in orderly fashion, and made sure I was well taken care of my entire time there! We need more workers like Leslie.
