I found Fuel Coffee when I was visiting another eatery in the Halcyon for lunch. Took a like and found the environment very comfortable. I ended up coming down one morning and enjoying a coffee while I worked for a while. The quality of the coffee is noticeable. The beans are properly roasted and deliver a smooth flavor. The Vanilla Latte was smooth and the foam was delicious with an artistic flare. I now come at least twice a week to enjoy a coffee and work for a couple hours....
Three stars are primarily due to:
1. We reach there at 4:30 pm keeping closing time of 6 pm in mind ( as shown on Google). While we were still working on coffee, at 4:50 pm, we were told that they will be closing in 19 mins. I wish we were told about the closing time at the time of order.
2. They had no snacks, not even cookies. We find it weird for a coffee shop not to have some snacks for ordering.
3. The coffee was great though. Full marks...

Parking: Free 15min parking for a quick pull up, run in and order. Paid parking in the outdoor lot and street, FREE parking in the deck! Plenty of options
