My wife and I ate here once a week for a few years. Something has changed in the past 6 months. Their newest manager and employees don't appear to care and it shows. Service is extremely slow. We wish you well.

This review is especially for the manager Maria who is absolutely bad at her job. Being in hospitality industry, having such dumb and arrogant attitude is just a shame. We have been here couple of times and we liked the food but Maria ruined our experience totally. We were astonished how a manager can be so stupid, illogical and arrogant, she can definitely give extra time to argue with the customers but wouldn’t give a second to use her brain to understand the customer’s needs. After having nasty experience even good food tastes bad. Never coming back to this place.

I almost went back the next day. The service, terrific! My drink, tropical fruity deliciousness. My carne asada as you can see it was hot and tasted phenomenal. Again, I almost returned the next day. When I am in that area again, I will have another meal and drink. Gracias.

The food was great. Everything was hot and everyone's order came out right the first time. The waiter and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I will visit this location again.

The food was incredible, you have to try their maduros with the cheese dip its mouth watering. The portions were large and generous, good had a lot of flavor, we loved all the dishes we ordered. The ambience is lovely they have a cool vibe to the place great for meeting friends family and also for a date. Check them out as they have multiple branches around the suburbs of Atlanta.

Unfortunately after 20+ years the service and food quality have diminished and have had 2 poor experiences. just saw the Nextdoor rating. 35 years in the food industry and this is not good.

If anybody from corporate or the family that owns restaurant reads this review, please keep in mind that I have visited this and brought my family here to this restaurant for 20+ years restaurant. I eat here at least once a week and my family at least twice a week, but that is going to change and I hope all of my neighbors read this review.
Although the decor has been renovated recently, and the service remains very good, Maria, the manager, has told the kitchen staff to cut corners. The kitchen staff needs to be needs to be trained how to cook and prepare to their standards, as I often visit the one in Sandy Springs, which is much more superb.
From talking with the staff who we love, Maria has ruined this restaurant over the past year.
I ate there recently and complained about a dish that I always get and knew that something was different. They shrunk the portion and didn’t cook it properly, so I sent it back and guess what came back to me across the counter for the first time in 50 years? Maria brought the dish back to me personally and argued and told me the customer is not always right and she said more times than not, she is! She refused to take it back, instead choosing to waste her time arguing with me.
I could not believe her audacity…
I’ve never had a restaurant bring the food back to me (especially by the manager herself) and say they weren’t going to help me or change it.
Arguing with the customer is one way to reduce revenue and lose loyal customers. I hope somebody from corporate reads this and send Maria back to where she belongs… managing a Taco Bell!

Food and service is excellent. Super loud at Alpharetta location with nothing hanging on the walls or ceiling to absorb sound and tile floors. Host had to yell back to us so we could hear each other. We are at a La Parrilla once a week. The playlist is a bit much lately. Total Club La Parrilla vibes with club beats. Please get rid of it and back to traditional music. We have heard other regulars mentioning it as well.

I love the food and drinks here, but apparently you can no longer place orders over the phone. They now have an AI system that tells you to order online (not all items are available online and I can’t customize it the way we want it online). It says you can ask to speak to a team member, but I called four times and asked for a team member and never reached anyone. It’s like calling an 800 number for customer service and having to talk to a robot forever trying to reach a person unsuccessfully. Ordering food should not be this much work. They’re going to lose a lot of business doing this.
