I attended a company event at Main Event and overall had a decent experience. The venue wasn’t crowded, and we had areas reserved specifically for our group, which was great. However, several game machines were not functioning properly, which was disappointing.

The service was good, and upon seeing our crying daughter the guy at the counter did end up giving us tickets. The employees seem great, the policies seem scuffed.
