The staff in this establishment are rude to elderly customers. Most are young male and only friendly to young females. They are full of themselves and treat customers they do not know disrespectfully. This bar is far below the normal Alpharetta level of class. The owners need to do a major overhaul or move to a town where trash is the norm.

Had the Meatballers meatballs at the Atlanta United Supporters Tailgate and as always they were phenomenal! My only criticism in the past was the time it took to get what you ordered but today that even seemed to go a bit faster. Either way, you can't go wrong with these guys, fantastic quality at a fair price. They are often in Alpharetta on Thursdays, stop in and see them there, you won't regret it.

BEYOND DELICIOUS! in downtown woodstock i had the pleasure of eating a "in a hole" meatball sub and let me tell you... LIFE CHANGING the food was fresh made to order the bread i could literally eat all day every day the sauce was perfect and the meatball was juicy and the fried gnocchi was so good i was stopping people in the street to make them try it. the staff never missed a beat. Attentive, kind and HILARIOUS currently adding MEATBALLERZ to my top 5 ! thank y'all for being beyond amazing!

I guess my original reviews have fallen off Yelp... it's been so long. What can you say about Meatballerz inherent than Ahhhhmazing. Everything Cara makes is phenomenal. This is by far the best meatballs on the planet. Yes, better than fine Italian restaurants in NYC. And then there's the bread. Cara has it made special for her. Yes, it's their own recipe.

OMG the food was absolutely amazing and the owner and staff were so much fun. My daughter's favorite food is meatballs so when we saw this place we knew we had to go. I just wish we lived closer so we could make this a weekly place to eat. If you want to

Called in a to-go order from here for the first time. Pulling up is kind of unusual because it's not a standard row of restaurants - they are moreso prep kitchens I guess. I had the Pompeii meatball on a bed of pasta, which also came with a roll of garlic bread. Both were amazing, and the portion was generous. Even though it's one meatball, it's pretty large. I was able to get a meal and a half out of it. Also ordered the fries which were also amazing. I wouldn't eat here too often because it is a little pricey compared to other fast -casual places, but they use good ingredients and I don't mind supporting a local business. 4.75/5 for me

The Chicken Parm was very delicious. First time stopping in and I Will be back again. Staff was extremely friendly and so polite. If I could give more stars I would.

Went by here for business once and grabbed something to eat on my way out. I first tried the Pompei (in a hole)and it was delicious. Since I've been here several more times. On each occasion the service and food were top notch. Two of their staff, whom I mainly see and deal with when I visit are very personable and pleasant to deal with. Breeze is the young lady up front and Dywahn is the gentleman that prepares my food. They do a great job of updating you on your order. They let you know if there is a delay or if they potentially expect a delay. These small things are missed at most establishments, but not at this place!! I've tried a few different items and they all have been very good. Give the cheese triangles a try if you like cheese sticks. They come piping hot and fresh with fresh marinara. Very nice place to grab a bite to eat, not to mention the food is alway

We discovered this strip mall full of delivery and pickup mainly food eateries, like I read in the paper awhile ago, these types of establishments popping up to take advantage of all the take out growth. A couple of demerits for this place is that they are only open for lunch and super early bird dinner (they close at 4 pm). Meaning if I want to have them for dinner you have to reheat it. I think they are missing out on a lot of business this way. Also, they close 2 days out of the week, on a Sunday as well. As for the food, we got Pompeii meatballs, garlic knots, and the Capone sandwich with dip. The meatballs were properly spicy and tasty, but only came with a bath of marinara and cheese on top. For the price, they should include some carb to soak up the goodness, since the item by itself is pricey. We had garlic knots to soak up the sauce, which were freshly fried (they don't lend themselves to reheating though). The sandwich was kind of bland. The dip was a nice touch, the meat was well cooked and seasoned, but the sandwich as a whole was bland. Overall, we enjoyed the meal for dinner, but the inconvenience of having to eat reheated food, with the waste of all the sauce and the cheese going cold and leathery, put us off from the experience. I think if they tweak their hours, they may satisfy more customers than just the lunch crowd. Room for improvement.

Ok... Few places make me immediately go back and say "That was incredible!" This was one! Meatballerz is small place with big taste. I'll start with the staff. They were super friendly and helpful. I went in on a humbug. We had actually ordered food from the spot next door. Being the foodie that I am, I said "Meatballerz, hmm... let's see what they are about." I'm so glad I did. I ordered a meatball pizza. When I got it, I thought, "what is this?" The presentation did not come in the traditional circular configuration I'm used to. It was six or eight pieces in a box. I took one bite and it was over! I LOVE THIS PLACE. It was taste perfection. What was the secret? Go give them a try. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

I have been wanting to go to this place for 3 years! But back then there were only food trucks that were too far away. So happy that they opened a restaurant somewhat close by!! Then stupid covid . My husband and I just got done eating and..... AHHHH-MAZING!!!!! I had The Godfather which is there incredible 6 cheese Mac n cheese with a SPICY Pompeii meatball (to die for) on top with some yummy sauce=EXCELLENT!! My husband had the Capone sandwich which was incredible with the aus jus dipping sauce. We got to sit outside at the picnic table-perfect dinner picnic. The owner and the other employee was as nice as can be! Super friendly and inviting. Most definitely going back SOON. And yes please-get that permit for Cobb County-We def need Meatballerz here!!!!

They wouldn’t serve me because I have a vertical ID when I’m 23 years old from out of state. Just losing business at this point hate to see it.

This is a two in one review. Our first time we ordering we had the Pompeii on a bed, pepperoni pizza and the Godfather w/Pompeii (specialty item). Let's just say we were hooked. The Pompeii is awesome... I meant awesome. Well I ordered again today (2) Pompeii's on a bed and my fave, the Godfather w/Pompeii. I had a little wait after calling it in which was okay, since I'd rather get it hot than warm. After arriving back to work and distributing orders, I sat down to enjoy. I won't go into detail but there was an issue with my order. I called the store and only describing what I ordered, Cara knew exactly who I was by name. She apologized and took care of me immediately. That's customer service. If you want great food and wonderful customer service. Give Meatballerz a try, you definitely won't be disappointed and try out the "Godfather w/Pompeii" it's to die for.
