We go to Moe’s a lot and this one is the worst one I’ve ever seen! The floors were sticky and many tables were dirty or covered in online orders. The bathroom was not better and a stall was missing TP, and it was pretty early in the day so no one had checked the previous night. The night time cleaning group clearly did not do a good job and the day shift made no effort to pick up the slack. Food was ok and service was too, but we got the impression that no one was taking any pride in their work. As I sat there I wondered how long it had been since the restaurant had a thorough cleaning and whether they passed the health inspection.Kid-friendliness: Most kids love cheese quesadillas

Moe's Monday is a great deal, especially now that it includes a beverage, but this location is a mess. When I visited on 5.1.23, they didn't have any cilantro rice and the entire restaurant needed cleaning and organizing. I didn't receive credit for my purchase on the Moe's app. I called customer service, but Elroy didn't seem to give a rip.

The place is dirty. Sticky dirty floors with trash everywhere at 11:20am.This is the first time I have ever walked in a place and left before ordering because it was so disgustingly dirty. I cant even imagine what the place looks like in back. What a shame because this place used to be very good a few years ago. Not anymore.

There was one person behind the counter who had great customer service skills and good to talk to. Beyond that my positivity ends. When you first walk up it looks closed. No open sign lit, boxes and catering stuff right in the front window. When you walk in the floor is sticky and covered in crumbs. The sign has no prices and The front area is littered with boxes. The Chips were probably the stalest I've had at a Moe's and I ate at the restaurant so it's not like it cooled down in the car. My quesadilla was okay but some of the ingredients looked kinda suspect. And by the looks of some of the other reviews Alot of these issues have been going on for a long time. I give 2 stars instead of 1 because of the customer service I received.

Waited for over 5mins to order while a male and a female were in the back. The place is filthy. The tables are full of boxes and employees drinks and hats on them. There are no prices on the wall. I haven't been to Moe's in a while, and if this is the new standard, I will keep away from it.

This might be the grossest Moe's I've ever been in. When you walk in, it appears as if the lights are not on. I can only imagine the filth you would see with appropriate lighting. The reality is the bulbs are out and haven't been replaced. The floors are sticky and dirty. So sticky u can actually hear it when you walk. There was plenty of staff on site , however tables had not been wiped down in between customers. During down time staff headed to back of the house to hang out vs cleaning up/ restocking goods . Highly recommend avoiding this Moe's and hit one that takes more pride in their ownership than this one.
Who runs out of queso at 7:20 at night? The asks if it's ok to wait "10 minutes" for queso (took more like 15 to 20 minutes). Then when queso is done asks if you want fresh chicken as well. Another "5 minute" wait. Why in the world would you wait to offer fresh chicken after waiting for queso instead of doing it while waiting for queso. Incompetence!By the way, the chicken took more like 15 minutes because, well, it's chicken. Whole experience took about 40 minutes.

Always good food and great people that work there. I will warn you tho…some days it seems like the entire high school is there and that can get pretty loud and overwhelming but mostly it’s pretty calm and nice atmosphere too. ?

Place was filthy. No pricing on any of the items. Not one table in the entire place was clean. Food all over the floor and trash everywhere..and it wasn’t like it was too busy. Comes down to caring. Disappointing as Moes is usually great.

This was the first time I got no extra ingredients on my burrito out of fear of getting sick. All of the fresh produce like cilantro and pico looked like it had been sitting out for days. The staff was also rude when I couldn't understand what they were asking me. I used to go here out of convenience but will go out of my way for a burrito now.
