Moe's Monday is a great deal, especially now that it includes a beverage, but this location is a mess. When I visited on 5.1.23, they didn't have any cilantro rice and the entire restaurant needed cleaning and organizing. I didn't receive credit for my purchase on the Moe's app. I called customer service, but Elroy didn't seem to give a rip.
The place is dirty. Sticky dirty floors with trash everywhere at 11:20am.This is the first time I have ever walked in a place and left before ordering because it was so disgustingly dirty. I cant even imagine what the place looks like in back. What a shame because this place used to be very good a few years ago. Not anymore.

We go to Moe’s a lot and this one is the worst one I’ve ever seen! The floors were sticky and many tables were dirty or covered in online orders. The bathroom was not better and a stall was missing TP, and it was pretty early in the day so no one had checked the previous night. The night time cleaning group clearly did not do a good job and the day shift made no effort to pick up the slack.
