The food was fine, though the wedge salads were more like Bibb salads. Very odd. The biggest problem was the ac was not working and it was hot. Nobody wanted to admit to it or address it. Not a pleasant experience not what I have come to expect from Oak.

Not going back. Was mediocre in every way. Told us to wait in their lobby-what lobby?! Wedge salad was leaf lettuce, it was a joke. Asked us if special occasion , said yes, and they offered nothing! Salmon was dry , beef pasta was pretty good. Charged $5 for butter for the mashed potatoes! They were very good. Martini was good too!

This was my second time having dinner at Oak Steakhouse for a special occasion. The first time was my birthday and the second time with my friend wedding anniversary. Our waitress Taylor was outstanding her customer service, meals suggestions, and she went over and beyond for the anniversary couple to make all of us have a great time and to make us feel like our business was truly appreciated. The steaks , lobster tails and the rolls were delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We have been to Oak Steakhouse several times & we always enjoyed having dinner there. Not this time. Service was very slow; after waiting for a very long time to get the appetizers, the manager himself brought them saying that was unacceptable & he said to us they were on the house. When we got the check, they were not removed. The food was lacking quality & flavor. I always ordered their beef carpaccio because it was pretty good, this time was horrible. Their salmon was not like the last time I had it. They also forgot the salt in our margaritas. My husband & I were very disappointed.

Great experience and environment. The noise level was low, which is what I preferred. It was a very relaxing 54th birthday for my wife. We will most definitely come back. Staff were great and treated us very well. The oak steakhouse provided more than we ever expected!

Had easter brunch. Food was fair at best but for the price it was poor. Overall brunch menu was very limited. 7 full size steaks but typical brunch options had about same. Bread basket app was not good, with some bad cobbler bread. Grits were good in several dishes. Bacon good. Never was offered coffee. 1 dish came out 5 minutes after everyone else. For a lunch w tip totaling about $50 per person it was not worth it.

Great special occasion location. I was celebrating my Wife's birthday as well as one of my son's. We all had filet with a variety of shareable sides. Everything was delicious.

Go back again on 4/16 and a guy at the bar completely disrespects my wife with a rude demeanor about taking her phone off of speaker. (She was having a quick call with one of our team members and I wanted to hear it). I politely told him to not be rude and just ask her to turn it down. He responds with “I’ll beat your a**”. The bartenders hear this and then deny it when the managers come over. We left the establishment because I am not about to get into a fight.
The manager handled this in a very bad and unprofessional manner.
