Slower service than a sitdown restaurant. I walked up to order with no line and did not appear busy. 25 minutes go by and no food. They tell me a ton of Uber orders came in and short staffed. That may be a reason but not an excuse to make an in-person customer wait that long. If there are issues let the customer know and give them an option to walk away or cancel. No taking responsibility or offering anything to make up for it, just sorry it was out of my control. Take ownership and fix it.
Their wraps are the best
Some of the most delicious and fresh Mediterranean!
The chicken shawarma was so good 👍
Great food and price besides ordering through app to shorten the wait time !!!
This review is hard because the first time I was there the owners were making the food and it was fantstic, great service too. Second time still great food but lack luster service the guy at the counter was more into his phone then helping customers.
Last and most likely my last time I go to this location was on Easter saw one of the owners in the back, we got there around 1-2pm they did not have any french fries so no getting greek fries and this was one of the items we love from them. The soda was all flat and tasted weird. And finally the food was cold and just ok, no wow factor.... and very lastly service was low as no one cared not even the owner wanted to be there which it seemed like. Overall not sure I should give pass for a holiday but you think they would put their orders in to make sure they can serve customers.
I was on vacation for Cinco de Mayo, attending a Cinco de Mayo event in Alpharetta, GA. I stopped by the Pita Mediterranean Street Food for the first time. It was amazing! Nahawand was a big help with my order. I had the seafood platter; it was amazing. I can't wait to go back next time I'm in GA.
The food is great and Wanda is amazing 👏 😍 🙌
I have been a regular visitor here, the food is great. The staff is the best at Halcyon, especially Nahawand A she is rockstar

5 STARS all the way. I have been eating from this food franchise in different locations since 2020 & this is my favorite location due to the team and the food is consistently delicious. You can tell it is prepared with care and not like a chipotle worker, no offense. My Go to purchase is the Chicken Sharma Bowel with Garlic pita. It is soooooo tastey = ).
Thank you always for a great lunch!

I am from Chicago. Gyros should NEVER be skimpy on the tzatziki sauce. Nor should you ever have to order extra. There should not be other sauces, house or spicy. Gyros are not supposed to be spicy. Tzatziki sauce only. Greek fries also were incredibly light on any toppings. Total waste of money on them. Bottom line, red onion and tomatoes should be on top of the meat, and you should never have to wish you had more tzatziki on your gyro.
I ordered two platters. Gyro was horrible. Salad was missing. So then I complain to the customer service they gave me a little salad bowl. I told them to give me one more bowl because I ordered two platters and they gave me three small containers that I use for sauces with salad in there I asked for white sauce and they said they'll be charged for it! I told them you wasted so much of my time and my food is now cold , that's the least you can do to give me a white sauce. They did not. Never going back!!

Very nice location and the weather made it a great afternoon. While ordering food, upon requesting to have my daughters gyro with sauce on the side, the cashier assured me that kids meals did
Not come with sauce on them.
When we food arrived, had SAUCE all over. I returned and asked for a new plate without sauce. The cashier was friendly and went to the back. She returned asking to bring the plate as the back of the house was sure they didn’t put any sauce. I had to go back to the table, take the whole plate from my daughter and show them it had sauce. The person in charge came outside and I told her it was not appropriate to have the customer show there was a mistake. Simply make it right. She proceed to tell me that the cook assured her it was not their mistake and she wanted to
Proof to her that it was.
Friendly cashier told me she would bring the plate out. We all finished eating and the food didn’t arrive. My husband went to check and food was ready. They were waiting for us to show the receipt didn’t say anything about sauce on the side. We proceeded to
Explain that we were told it didn’t have any sauce because it was a kids meal.
The manager asked my husband to come on the side to continue saying they didn’t do anything wrong. Manager told the cashier in front of him, it was her mistake not the cook.
I’m baffled that an establishment argues to this extend with a customer who is simply trying to get a kids meal the way they were told it would come.
This type of service is unacceptable and should be handled accordingly by whoever is in charge. What a shame that our family lunch was ruined!!
