I should have read the reviews before ordering. Order placed, incorrect toppings, which involved receiving three tomatoes. Requested a remake, which took over an hour, supposedly due to a language barrier with the cook. The manager, supposedly named John as no one possessed name tags, aided in the remake 45 minutes after blaming his other coworkers for not having “pan” crust available. The cashier/front attendant thought the situation was laughable with the smirk he possessed on his face. There are lies throughout the process, but once a customer gets irate over a situation that makes sense, the customer gets blamed.

My husband and I work late and usually pick up a pizza on the way home. We pass several Pizza Hut's but choose to visit this location for good reasons. The general manager is very polite and goes above and beyond to provide good customer service. I have a special way that I want my pizza cooked (well done) and he makes sure I am satisfied. When I asked him to wear gloves while preparing my pizza, he had no problem doing so. Furthermore, when my order is done, he brings it to the car!!!! The best!! Five stars hands down!!!!

Just AVOID this place. There is Domino's right across the street go there. These people don't give a crap about customer service and they don't know how to make the order correctly in first place or know to correct their mistakes in prepping order.

I had ordered Pizza online. After the Pizza Hut app notified me it was ready for pick up, I started from my house. 10 minutes later I reach there to find out that they never made the pizza. When I asked why, it was a very casual “I think it was too many tickets and we just skipped yours”. Extremely disappointed with the experience. Changing it to 3 stars as they refunded me the money I had pre paid for the order

Pizza was the worst I've had ever tasted like cardboard cheap pizza . For 30$ I've could have gone to a pizza restaurant like Johnny's New York pizza and get actual quality pizza so sad . They barely even put cheese in it .
The pizza was great and the delivery was quick. I ordered online with no problem and paid the delivery person when he arrived.

Vegetarian options: I always order Veg Pizza only with light Cheeze. I get regular cheeze. When 5 Veg are selected often i get 3 veg's only. But price is charged high.

I just had the WORST customer service experience!!! I have been a fan of Pizza Hut for years but I will NEVER do business with this location again. My order was completely wrong and I was made to feel as though it was my fault!! The staff was rude, demeaning and a poor effort was made to remedy the situation. The manager did an even WORSE job--he never listened to my side of the story and was very misogynistic in the way that he spoke to me, disregarded what I said and tried to speak over me the whole time.

This Pizza Hut is always on point! Rachel has the best customer service that I've seen in a long time. The entire staff is great. I've never gotten a bad order nor food yet. Everything is always fresh, tasty, hot and fast. My husband and I appreciate you all! Thank you Pizza Hut for having an awesome crew!
Delivered the wrong pizza and they don’t answer the phone. They have an annoying recording that plays over and over. I spent $40 for the wrong pizza and no one to fix it. Terrible service. Call another pizza restaurant please. SMH :(
