My Power Bowl was refreshing, energizing, and delicious. However, beware, the staff isn't conscientious enough to ask you what protein blend you want. I saw Orgain on the shelf so I thought it was Vegan. I got sick the first time as they put whey in it. I was informed that it comes that way by default. Make sure you ask because they don't have the customer service aptitude to tell you. I probably won't return until they educate their staff better.

The Halcyon Playa Bowls location is conveniently located and one of the best shops in the complex. Their menu is extensive, I love to try something new when I go. The Summer Smoothie Special was really good, as was the Pura Vida bowl. All of the employees were pleasant and professional, and the restaurant was very clean. Well done Playa Bowls 👏🏼

They use to have a coconut chia pudding bowl that I really enjoyed, unfortunately they removed it. Now I order their Nutella açaí bowl, very good.
I had a very weird experience today. It was around 1:45pm and the girl taking orders had her hair pulled back and really prominent blue eyes. I should have got her name but she was extremely rude and passive. It felt like her taking my order was inconveniencing her day and I did not feel welcomed. The two girls making the smoothies at this hour were very diligent from what I could see in making customers orders, it was just her.

Amazing smoothie bowls, extremely refreshing especially after the gym. Staff is super nice and accommodating if you don’t want something in the bowl they just take it out, no problem. Ridiculously fast, not even 2 minute after you order it’s ready. Literally this place makes fast food places seem like your waiting at the DMV. Best smoothie place I’ve ever been to

After a lackluster experience at a playa bowl in NJ I had swore off of them for 3 years. I remember telling myself that I'd never have it again. I was so happy that they were the only place open early in the morning on Easter Sunday because it changed my viewpoint on them forever. Unlike the first time I ever had this in NJ, this location was so flavorful and presentable! The texture of the acai base was so perfect and the granola was not difficult to chew! The fruits and honey were so fresh and ripe! I can not speak more highly of this location and am happy it changed my stubborn mind!
