Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I waited 10 minutes for hot wings, when I got home opened the box and the sauce was hard and congealed to the wings. I don’t even know how it’s possible. Horrible experience - go somewhere else for food.

If I could give negative stars for service I would. This place is awful, drive thru line is never worked by the staff.

Ordered online for 6:20 pm and walked out at 6:55. Yes, we ordered online prior!!! One staff member was just pissed. I think you really need to rethink your staff. So much for fast food. You only see the car waiting outside. Drive through is just like a stalled line.

I’m never ordering from here again! I placed my order on the app and when I went to pick it up they told me they were out of chicken so I tried to get my money back but they just told me to call support to get a refund and it’s been 2 days I have yet to here anything back

I spend $45 dollars on a Popeyes order the worse Popeyes I've had so far. Disgusting the chicken and frys were black tasted very old and extremely oily who over is running this place doesn't care about the food quality.

After 15 mins of food ordered I had to go and check with them if they have prepared it and the coworkers are asking each other if they made it. Large combo includes biscuit and I didn’t get one when asked I was informed that it does not include later some one gets me the food only after asking it . Was a very poor experience, no lid for large drinks and they except us to carry without one .

I’m be honest and my brother and I owned a restaurant before. The customer service was good. But who ever in the kitchen needs a lot of help. I felt like I wasted my money. The food was horrible

This place really needs to be shut down. The workers here barely work. I’m really trynna see how cooperate allows them to operate like this.

This place needs a manager; everybody works at the same speed, barely moving. This will be another Popeyes that will shut down due to poor management.

I worked in food service before so I am trying to be sympathetic but the workers here are not even trying. They dont give af. Ordered spicy chicken but was given mild. The chickens were old, unseasoned, greasy, and dry. I kid you not, the biscuit tasted less dry. I waited 20 min for “fresh” batch. On top of it all, there was hair in my food and one of the chicken was borderline raw. Fix this please. I have had good chickens here before.

One of the worst experiences. The employees are on a different world. Not sure but might be high. The food is cold. The wait is crazy. Love popeyes but will never come back to this store.

Been here twice and both times great food compare to any Popeyes in Atlanta this is the best one don’t listen to other reviews there’s a bunch of Karen’s that live in this neighborhood …

If I could give zero I would. First off, employees are not properly trained. They are rude and unprofessional. Always joking and making customers wait forever. The food is not properly cooked and the food is not fresh at all even though they make you wait like the food is being cooked. You always have to remember them about the sides because orders are always incomplete. Honestly, all other Popeyes around the area are better than this location. They should close this location for sure.

Drive thru pickup. Asked the girl if the red beans and rice was in the two piece box. She said yes. Get home. No sides. WTH. 28$. People want more pay and they can’t do the simplest things!
Not my first time here getting cheated from this store. Check ur bags and the order. People suck!!!
