drivethru is very slow… dont recommend it if you are trying to get something quick.

Have given this location two times after the initial poor service and it has not gotten better if anything it has gotten worse. Sat in the drive-through 15 minutes to try and place the order and in the line for another 20 waiting on food. This is not a restaurant they should be frequent until their service can improve drastically. It’s no wonder Popeyes.

Waited in the drive thru with 4 other cars behind us. They said they would be with us in a minute, 15 minutes later in the drive thru, still no service or response after having repeatedly saying “hello” into the intercom. All the cars behind us left. Drove up to the window, they didn’t even respond to us. If I could give 0 stars I would. Listen to the reviews, absolutely awful service. I don’t typically leave reviews, but this was just absolutely absurd.

Horrible horrible staff. Came at 9:55, and a staff member says “take your time to look at the menu.” Left us for over 5 minutes after we repeatedly said we are ready. We even honked the horn and she refused to respond. She was purposefully stalling till closing so she doesn’t have to take our order. Other times we come the staff is rude and not willing to let us explain our order.

Placed an order an hour ago, they didn’t have my order ready at all, manger lied to me saying she was the only one working when I heard voices in the back of the dumpster and smoke coming out of the dumpster in the back, when I came back inside to see the status of my order the employees that where behind the dumpster came back inside to help with everyone order. Ridiculous

Absolutely disgusting food. The guy in the drive-thru even told me he was making it fresh, but the sandwiches had obviously been sitting around for hours. I threw all the food in the trash, and I'll never come to this location again. I would highly advise others to avoid it as well.

The food is disgusting, it’s old and have a nasty taste. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before coming here. Yuck!

For this to be a somewhat new establishment, the service is horrible. This is my second time going because, I will always give a second chance, but this time was worst than the first. I ordered me food online, waited about 15 mins before going and it’s a 5 min drive, I get there and told the guy I had a pick up order and he looked me up and printed the ticket at that time and said I had to wait even longer for the food to cook. In the process of me waiting I guess one of the works friends came up there and was upset about something from how he stormed out of the place and the guy left from behind the counter to go outside to talk to him, this place is ran by young kids and that’s not to take away from young works, but it’s about how you care your where you work and the people you come in contact with everyday. I received my meal, only for the Mac and cheese to be burnt on the top and for it to be fresh cooked shrimp like he “said” it sure didn’t look like it, I ask for honey and he gave me one pack when I ordered two meals. I’m never going back, there will be no third time for me.

Why are the employees here so miserable and the place looking dirty? Just because of that I walked out.
