I couldn't believe how bad their service is, very poor Management,my husband and I wanted to go in to dine the doors were closed and locked. This was around 3pm. They stood there while we were trying to get in so we just left. We would never come back again.

This place need to shut down or get a new manager.The service is horrible, the guy at the drive thru always have an attitude, they often say they closed before their closing hours because something isn't working or they ran out of items, the food taste old.I tried ordering here 3 times and each time the chicken was fried to hard, taste burnt and old like they just refried old chicken. I got sick the last time and never went back.No one is hardly ever there yet they take forever to take your order. They have no type of customer service etiquette and I will never go back or recommend anyone to eat here until they change management and most of who they have working there. It is one girl that is typically nice, but still the food is bad.

The worst customer service! The manager, I wish I had her name is the worst, I’m not sure how someone with poor customer service could lead a team, the General Manager is not much better. They screw up and don’t hold up their end for their screw ups and poor customer service. I will NEVER spend my money at this establishment. I hate to say this, the entire management team should be replaced. This location will not be making money soon due to their POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!This was my second time visiting, the first time my food was hot and fresh. The second time, they messed up terribly on my order, and did not want to make it right when I returned. They stated the person that promised to make it right is NOT a manager and they were going to “get on his head” very unprofessional!!! Maybe, he should be promoted and the manager and GM demoted to the unemployment department!!!!Save your time and money, and drive to another location or go to another establishment to spend your money with better service.If negative stars were an option this is how I would rate this location!!!!!

I ordered online and when I went to pick it up, my bacon and cheese spicy chicken sandwich was lacking bacon. I would have to wait an additional 7 minutes for the bacon that my original order had taken over 20 minutes to get already. I also had ordered 2 additional spicy chicken sandwiches to find out that the only thing spicy on it was the mayo and not the chicken itself. It will take me a long time to trust Popeye's again. It is just a constant disappointment every time I go.

I walked into this restaurant today and from the moment I opened door, all I could see was filth everywhere on the floor, counters, tables. Absolutely disgusting. I walked right out. What a shame! I just wanted some red beans and rice...but that store was just unbelievable. If the restaurant is dirty everywhere, and I mean dirty, then what is going on in the kitchen?

I don't expect great service at a fast food restaurant however, these people really outdid themselves. The stupidity is beyond anything I experienced.I placed my order and realized they had charged $3.50 for a fountain water!!!! Of course I thought they had made a mistake but the GM was called and he confirmed it. He told me that the $3.50 was for the medium sized cup. I asked for a small cup and he said they don't offer small cups. But... On the overhead menu small was listed. Also a bottle of water was only a $1.99. why would they charge $3.50?No wonder we were the only customers there. We got a refund and left never to go back
