we waited 26 mins for 3 orders of fries and 3 drinks staff was laughing and chatting and i asked if my food would be out soon they asked what i ordered and said they forgot to make my stuff

Kind of expensive and very mid. Girl behind the counter had an attitude like she was annoyed we ordered from her instead of the kiosk. They 'didnt have' one of the burgers we wanted, at a fast casual chain thats pretty weird. Fries were very plain. The whopper i had last time I was at BK was better than the 12 dollar burger i paid for here. All around, not a great experience.

First it's not very clean. Tables are with crust and concession area needs little attending. Food was okay.

The service was fantastic! The food was awesome - best chicken fingers I’ve ever had. Food quality was so good - loved the soft bun and burger too. The Holiday chocolate shake was delicious. Custard made it fabulous too. I highly highly recommend Shake Shack in Alpharetta!

Make no mistake - this is still fast food. Just because it's double the price does not mean it's better service or quality. Regularly having mistakes and items left out of our orders. Check everything and assume you're at Mcdonalds.

I've been to shake shack earlier and have liked their burgers but unfortunately the last couple of times have been very disappointing. The burgers are soggy and too oily. But I do know that they can do better so maybe I can try again and will change my rating but as of now, I don't think I'd want to give more than 3 stars. Very good service though.

This was our first time visiting a Shake Shack and in my opinion they make the BEST burgers and fries on the planet! The restaurant is immaculate. You order via a kiosk and can navigate the menu with ease.
A manager delivered our food and he was friendly and it only took about 5 minutes to get our food, and it was hot and yummy!
Now, you are going to pay more here than you will at other national QSR restaurants (if you can call other hamburger places "restaurants"...
Great food, great service, I'll be back!

A very friendly atmosphere and employee's are very polite and answered any questions without any problems. Food wait time was very short and the food was delicious

Food: I ordered a hotdog because I was in a hurry. The hotdog came split. The only issue was that the bun was torn. Other than that, it was good.
Service: I placed my order at the kiosk, and they bought it for me.

Ordered 2 bacon burgers with crispy onion and all I could taste were the onions and bun. The burger itself had zero taste or flavor and the patty was extremely flat. It was my first time at a shake shack and I was quite disappointed because my experience didn’t reflect the mostly positive things I’ve heard about them. Too expensive to have a less than great experience.

$4.49 for fries? Burgers great but give me a break. Not spending $5.00 for a tiny side of fries.

Love this place, quick efficient and always delicious! Take your time going through the digital menu, you can order a double patty but you will miss it if you are rushing. I did…but it was still amazing!

We were on the way home from downtown, & were pleasantly surprised to not only be met with plant based options, but a warm staff! We loved the veggie burger (YUM!), & Samantha went above & beyond to ensure that our food was free of allergens. She really made the experience for us.
