Shake Shack Alpharetta

I saw the commercial of the Dubai chocolate shake and it got to my attention to order it! At first i was worried that it’s going to be too sweet but after the first tried, surprisingly it has mild sweetness level (to me). I think the combination of dark chocolate and kataifi made the flavor become neutral. And most importantly they made it fresh!

A bit overpriced for the quality and quantity. $25 for a burger, fry & drink sold separately. Burger was small, not flavorful and just a step above steak n shake. Service & atmosphere were the positive takeaways

Sky high prices and long wait for fast food. $48 for 2 meals for my kids and a Diet Coke for me. Will never go back. Outrageous price.

Burger was barely decent, fries (cheese fries and regular fries) were terrible too dry and tasteless, the app does not work at all (I went ahead and tried it even after reading all the reviews that said the app doesn't work; sure enough it doesn't work), annoyed by the order machine that asks for tip and when you choose no tip it tells you your selection of no tip will be notified to the kitchen which makes you wonder if the kitchen will do something to your food because you didn’t tip, and only used the machine because the dumb app doesn't work). I remember Shake shack used to be pretty good when it first opened, it seems gone downhill. Won't be going back anytime soon.

It was very good. There was even a magic guy who did some unbelievable tricks while we were waiting for our food. The cheesy fries were amazing. We're always going to remember this moment. It was good!!!

First time here and stopped for lunch. It was busy. I ordered a single stack burger and added onion and pickles. We also ordered a fried chicken, bacon, and avacado sandwich with a side of fries. It didn't take but ten minutes give or take to get our food. When they brought it out, the chicken sandwich did not have avacado or bacon on it. I took it up, and they fixed it immediately. After sitting back down, I noticed my sandwich did have onion, but no pickles. I rechecked my ticket just to be sure, but decided to ignore the issue and just eat. They both tasted good, but nothing stood out. The bacon is definitely not cripsy. I was a little let down. I'm not a fan of floppy bacon. The fries were great. I will be back to try more items. All the staff that I spoke to was super helpful and attentive. Clean as well.

I normally love dubai chocolate but the dubai chocolate shake was extremely disappointing. Massive waste of $10 (yes, ten dollars!!!). I took a few sips and tossed it.

Quite literally a heavenly experience the second I took the first bite of the burger. And the cheese fries? I’m still looking back fondly on those few minutes I took devouring them. Shake shack doesn’t miss

This was our first visit to Shake Shack, and overall, it was a solid experience. I ordered the Double ShackBurger, and my wife tried the Bacon Avocado Burger--minus the bacon, plus pickles. Both sandwiches were fresh, well-prepared, and hit the spot. I was especially pleased to be able to request my fries without salt. They were basic crinkle-cut fries, but cooked just right--crispy and hot.
The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated. There was a floor attendant on duty who was very attentive, though his approach was a bit abrupt when we asked for extra ketchup and napkins--he wanted a specific count, which felt more intense than expected. Still, it's better to have too much attention than too little.
We arrived around 11:30, and by noon the staff was just starting to change shifts. I went back up to order a shake while my wife was still eating, and that part of the experience was slower than expected. Only one person was working the milkshake station, and it took noticeably longer to get the shake than it did to receive our food order.
All in all, we're giving Shake Shack 4 stars. The food was tasty and fresh, but the service could use a bit more polish--especially with staffing during a busy Saturday lunch hour.
We'd definitely come back, but hope the next visit runs a bit smoother.
