I just went through the drive through and my drink felt lighter than usual… I drove off and on the first red light opened my drink and it looks like the picture… I am missing 1/4 of my drink.
Please ensure that your drinks are full… so disappointing.

This is my go to Starbuck in my area as it is the most consistent with good drinks and fast, yet great service! I get either iced/hot lattes and or coffees and they are usually always good. It is rare to get a bad drink at this location. Only issue I have is how expensive it can be, and I dislike getting charged for syrups in lattes but i know that is an issue within the company as a whole, not the employees.

The crew at the Kroger Starbucks on Hwy 9 do a much better job on my coffee order than this crew. Even more frustrating is that the staff take all of the parking spaces right in front of the door. I pull up this morning and am the furthest parking spot from the door. There are 8 cars parked in front and two people sitting in the restaraunt. Very frustrating especially when it's raining.

They were super busy when I went and they DID miss my drink and I had to ask about it BUT they seem like a really strong team and they managed make genuine connections with the people in the store regardless of how busy!

At this point, it’s less of a hassle for me to drive to another store than to come here. Every visit, we end up having to ask for our drinks to be remade because they just don’t taste right. The drive-thru staff show no concern for customer service.
Today, hot coffee spilled all over my hand from one of the flimsy cups. Since you stopped double-cupping, there’s no protection. The worst part? The person at the window didn’t even ask if I was okay or offer napkins—just rushed to move on to the next car.
It feels like all this store cares about is speed through the drive-thru, not quality or customer care. This used to be my favorite location, but the service and standards have gone downhill over the last couple of years. The only thing I can honestly look forward to at this location anymore is when JJ is working. At least then, I know the service will be friendly and the drinks will be made right.

Friendliest, cleanest, most welcoming Starbucks ever! Just drove up from Athens and stopped in for refreshment and bathroom break (sparkling & immaculate) This is the place! 🥰

This location has been going down hill. Slowly all the good employees have left and been being replaced with incompetent ones! To top it off you get stuck at the drive-thru window with these people and have to have these awkward interactions with them. I’m not at Starbucks to chitchat with you in the drive-thru. They are always getting my order wrong or forgetting something. This is not the service I expect when paying this much for a cup of coffee. This store needs to reevaluate management at this location.

I am horrified about my experience in this Starbucks!! Kai the woman that works there, kept my cash $5.00, made my triple espresso Iced, and told my roommate he needs to pay attention. Ouch this is so wrong. Wish I could have at least my money back!! By the way I go to the Starbucks close to my home at keat 4 times a week and they are amazing!!!
