So why ask for my name when the app supplies it to you? and then why not call my name when the drink is made? why just leave it sit on the counter until I notice multiple people who came in after me picking up their drinks?
Came for a quick drink pickup. Ordered the dragon fruit refresher. They took orders quickly but the girl completing the orders seemed more interested in her phone. Took me 25 min before I got my drink only 5 people behind me and 3 have received their order.

I visited this location earlier today and had a great experience. Ivy, the barista, was funny, engaging and a treat to chat with while my drink was made. Having an original name, it was a topic of conversation as to How people usually destroy it. Regardless, my cinnamon dolce latte with almond milk was spot on and the customer service was lively. Thanks Ivy!
