Rudest “manager” I’ve ever encountered (Griffin).Hostile, unprofessional, and unfriendly staff. Several people in the mall told me they won’t go to this location, due to the rudeness of the staff. Will never go back.

This is the worst Starbucks!!! They make horrible drinks and get upset if you ask to remake them. I asked for a refund and left, don’t ever go to this one inside the store find one outside of the mall.

It was the worst Starbucks I'm been too. I waited for 30min for a mocha frappuccino and they were helping customers that got there after me, it was a really bad experience and they have to bring a better customer service

I ordered pike roast coffee and when I asked for a refill, they said they can’t do it because I had to be sitting in the starbucks area. First of all, there is not much seating area there, and it’s usually busy. Secondly, I was still inside the mall, so I don’t understand the problem. I’ve never heard such a thing.

Wow super disappointed they wouldn't do the refill for a mall employee like every other Starbucks I've ever been to. Charged me for a whole new drink but I never left the mall. The refill policy was one of my favorite things about Starbucks and the only thing that made it justifiable to pay that much for coffee. Kinda don't want to come here now.
I visited this location earlier today and had a great experience. Ivy, the barista, was funny, engaging and a treat to chat with while my drink was made. Having an original name, it was a topic of conversation as to How people usually destroy it. Regardless, my cinnamon dolce latte with almond milk was spot on and the customer service was lively. Thanks Ivy!

Super disappointing. The only location I've ever been to that won't honor a refill on iced coffee because I was in the mall and not staying in their little section they called the "cafe". I've worked in a mall for a while now and never had anyone tell me they couldn't refill my cup. Made me buy an entire new cup of coffee when I brought my original cup and everything. So salty!
