So why ask for my name when the app supplies it to you? and then why not call my name when the drink is made? why just leave it sit on the counter until I notice multiple people who came in after me picking up their drinks?
I've been going to Starbucks for years and I will continue to do so because everything there is so consistent from the food to the drinks and the service you get from the staff
My husband was a former manager for Sbux. We know how baristas should do their jobs. This store was busy, not overly so. Nonetheless, the barista was kind. They did his drink wrong, but with a smile, fixed it. Overall, they did a good job.
