I come to this subway often and I am always greeted with a smile. I am a germaphobe so I always analyze their workspace and i’ve never had any complaints. The store always looks so clean and my sandwiches always taste fresh. Most times I have visited it has been the same man serving me. Although, it’s fast food, his kindness and friendliness genuinely increases my decision to go to this specific location.

The manager of the place is awful. He wanted to charge me for “heavy pickles”. He lied about the water not working to up charge us for a bottle of water. Drive down the street to the next subway.

I’ve been to this Subway location before and never had an issue, but was heavily disappointed when I ordered through the app. I ordered a Veggie Delight and an Oven Roasted Turkey and Ham sandwich. On the Veggie Delight, I had asked for extra pickles…I counted 6 total. 4 of those pickle slices were on one half of the footlong and the other two were in the other half. The Oven Roasted Turkey and Ham didn’t come with any ham or the spinach that I requested. It also had an odd taste to it, which has never been an issue. Odd.

Been coming to this subway location for years, but today was really disappointed in the condition of the restaurant. There was trash all over the floor. The women’s restroom did not work. It was out of order so had to use the room which was filthy and there was no tea the said their machine was broken. Also, they have the secondary door locked.
They are very polite and have nice customer service, but I wish that they would do more to upkeep their restaurant

This business has been consistently stingy with the amount of ingredients they put into the sub. Also if you ask for a cup of water they’ll tell you that their fountain is broken. They also don’t wash their reusable baskets for people dining in. They still have crumbs from the previous use and they just tap it on the counter to remove some of the crumbs. Disgusting. Won’t be coming back.

I went to buy a foot long Doritos nachos advertised for $5. Please find the photos posted on the store. But when I was ready to pay, they had charged $7.50 including tax. When I asked them why I am change more than advertised, they claimed for chicken it's $2 dollars more. This is a lie and cheating. The poster posted right at their store clearly shows try chicken or steak, add guacomoli for extra cost. There is no where it says chicken or steak is extra. They repeatedly lied including the store manager. This is day time robbery and cheating in daylight. This is a terrible bad business practice and I am reporting this to FTC as well as Georgia consumer agencies as well. In this location we have had subway for over 2 decades and has been one of the best subways however with recent changes of ownership, so many bad experiences (on top of the pricing issues, food don't taste good like insurer to be) and cheating on prices, it did so sad we don't have good subway near by.

I walked in so thirsty and they didn't have any water. I was planning to buy a drink and they had no water option so i filled with a small ammount of water. The worker proceeded to yell at me, asking me what i just got out of the fountain in which I walked out of the establishment.

I went to this location because the one on Medlock would skimp on the meat. Now that one is closed and I think owns this one. Same issue here. The BMT footlong should come with 6 slices of salami and pepperoni each and 4 of ham. It only came with 5 each and only 2 slices of ham stretched out. The ice berg lettuce only covered half of the bottom of the bread…cmon it’s the cheapest ingredient and even that got skimped on. I had to add more ingredients when I got home. Awful. Not going back here again.

The cashier was rude and non-responsive. When asked about the deals she just says “look at the menu” and she doesn’t respond to any other questions.

They move incredibly slowly and preferred to talk to each other rather than attend.

In addition all of the vegetables were not fresh and the workers were very stingy with their items. Even with items such as lettuce or spinach.

Whoever worked the lunch shift at this location shouldn’t be working in this industry. Awful experience, not a single redeeming quality.

All their veggies were visibly old. I asked for extra spinach since that was all that looked fresh bro put 3 leaves on and then took one off. They also did not have tap water so Im certain that was just so Id buy a fountain drink.

We came in on Saturday 9pm to this location with a coupon for a free cookie directly from the Subway app but we were told by the cashier that her boss was not allowing customers to use promotional codes or subway points. This is upsetting and rather annoying because we have the app and the promotion to get our food. Please fix this. The cashier was kind, please do not blame her.
