I had one of the worst experiences at this Subway location. First off, the restaurant was absolutely filthy—the floors were sticky, the tables were dirty, and the bathrooms smelled horrendous. It’s shocking that a place serving food could be in such a disgusting state.
To make matters worse, the woman working there (she appeared to be of Indian origin) was extremely rude and unprofessional. She acted like making a sandwich was the last thing she wanted to do and clearly didn’t care about customer service. She rushed through the process, ignored my requests, and made a terrible sandwich that I could barely eat.
The ingredients were stale and unappetizing—the vegetables were wilted, and the condiments smelled off. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone got sick eating here. On top of that, they don’t honor Subway coupons, which makes their already awful service feel like a rip-off.
Lastly, they were incredibly stingy with the sandwich ingredients, barely putting anything on the bread. It felt like they were trying to cut corners wherever possible.
Avoid this place at all costs. The lack of cleanliness, terrible customer service, and questionable food quality make it a disaster of a restaurant. Subway should seriously reconsider allowing this location to operate under their brand.

They intentionally don’t accept gift cards. I had a subway card with 50$ balance. During my purchase, I checked balance on the card and showed them the balance. The woman who served me was good, but who is at the register overseeing the issue of the payment being on their end was not even feeling apologetic about the situation. They said system is slow and not accepting gift cards. They were not able to take payment from an actual subway giftcard.

Very pitiful sandwich it was like she was being stingy and also they didn’t have cheese. Btw there is turkey ham and regular ham,lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onions, mayo and sweet onion teriyaki sauce in the sandwich if you can’t tell bc i certainly can’t. They also wanted me to pay for a cup of water. I literally got chips and a cookie and I still have to pay for a water cup. I would definitely not recommend going to this location

There is no reason why I should have 5 different sauces on my sandwich and it still be dry on top of that I asked for extra toppings and they only put 2 of them on there I’ve been getting the same sandwich for the past 7 years and I have never been this disappointed in subway

I ordered 2 footlong subs with veggie patties. During checkout, I wanted to use $12.99 coupons and the cashier refused to use the $12.99 coupon. Every Subway near this area and every else always accepts those coupons for Veggies patties subs except this subway since the ownership has changed this location.
PLEASE AVOID GOING TO THIS SUBWAY.

This location used to be good, but they changed owners a few years back and now it's easily the worst Subway I've ever had the displeasure of going to. They give roughly HALF the amount of meat and veggies you're supposed to get normally. They purposefully use the metal cover to hide the meat section during the order, something I never see at any other location. And if you confront them on this and ask for more, the owner has the audacity to give you the stink eye. Very slimy practice.

Extremely rude employees, don’t know what they are ringing for what meals and when I asked why it was scanned incorrectly, they say they did not have time to train employees. Refuse to own and correct their mistake and provide what’s included in kids meal. Also, they don’t accept, legitimate valid coupons saying the sandwiches are excluded in the coupons and charge way more than other subways. Do not recommend at all.

This location does not accept coupons for free footlong subs of any kind! Had the buy a foot long and drink get a footlong for free and was told at checkout that they don't accept those coupons. Asked for a toasted sub and food was barely warm and bun definitely not toasted. Tomatoes were green on my other sub. $25 for subpar sandwiches. Only went to Subway in the last 3 days and both times was told that they are not accepting coupons for free footlongs. Will never be back unless prices go down. The subs at Publix are 10x better and cheaper, who would ever think that this day would come where fastfood sandwiches were better than real deli sandwiches. Smh

The Indian lady owner was yelling at me in front of my kids, there were a lot of customer there as well, she and me because I went to the fridge to took a bottle of drink. My two kids was so scared. BTW, be aware, they don't honor coupon combo as advertising. Only few selection can use the coupon.
