Absolutely amazing sushi! The freshness of the fish was top-tier. You can tell they take great care in sourcing high-quality ingredients. The service was also outstanding—friendly, attentive and kind especially to my toddler. They surprised him with a beautiful food art piece made from an orange, and when he enjoyed his shrimp so much, they even fried up an extra piece just for him!

The warmth and hospitality here are unmatched. If you’re looking for a sushi spot that delivers incredible flavors and top-notch service with a personal touch, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Everything is amazing especially the sushi! 20/10!! They are short on staff which is why it takes a bit for the food to come out when it’s busy. However, they are always wanting to talk and actually build a connection with customers.

Best sushi Place around old Alabama road

Placed a takeout order for 10 rolls (3 'Choose 3 rolls' combos and on Double Double roll. We waited almost 30 minutes past the estimated time, enough time spent inside to at least confidently say that even with three tables towards the end of their meals, the atmosphere is definitely quiet and cozy. When we finally got our order and were leaving the shopping center, we realized they had not given us the soup nor salad that came with the combo meals. Turned around to grab, no apology for the wait or missing items.

Salad's ginger dressing tasted like mayonnaise with some grated ginger in it? Not that bad, but not the Japanese ginger dressing that usually comes at a sushi restaurant.

Miso soup had that faint miso smell but tasted like bland bone broth.

The fish quality in the sushi was really good and fresh. Some of the rolls were lacking - spicy salmon not spicy and most were soggy (probably bc we did takeout, although we only live 2 minutes away from the restaurant). The Negi Hamachi and Double Double were the best ones we had. But for 10 rolls total, they only gave us 4 packs of soy sauce??

I'm all for supporting local businesses and I understand rising costs, but I feel like Sushi Mania dropped the ball on this particular order.

TL;DR: Don't do takeout and choose the right sushi.

20/10 would recommend for anyone who loves sushi! There was this great server named Andrew who met all of our needs so well! My girlfriend and I love this place!

I went there tonight with my kids and today was the worst service ever. The server(white boy) was horrible. He didn’t even know the difference between roll and sushi. We ordered salmon sushi, not roll. He said it is sushi.(OMG) He didn’t give us soy sauce plates so we had to ask for it. We ordered Edamame but he didn’t put the order so we couldn’t eat it. We wasted $80 for the poor service. I will never go there again!!!

This place has instantly become my favorite sushi restaurant. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. The sushi was delicious and melted in your mouth. Looking forward to trying other menu options next time.
