at this point idk why I go here after midnight. It takes over 20-30 min to get food in the drive thru. If this is an issue where the management isn’t staffing employees, mgmt do better. The employees are doing the best they can but they can only do so much.

For fast food, they had a safety score of 97, which to me, is important. Friendly, fast and good.

Went for a breakfast Crunchwrap. They don’t open til 9 now and don’t serve breakfast. So y’all get 1 star.
It is not efficient and takes forever
After waiting in the drive thru line for approximately 12 minutes, I had only ordered a Burrito Supreme. It was cold. Very cold. Not a good experience at all.

Every time I visit this Taco Bell location, the wait time is consistently over 45 minutes. I keep coming back hoping for improvement, but unfortunately, the service just gets worse. They seem severely understaffed, usually with only about four employees working. What's even more frustrating is that they clearly prioritize the drive-thru over in-store customers even when people inside have been waiting for over half an hour. This is incredibly disappointing and makes the dine-in experience feel like an afterthought.

The one silver lining of this Taco Bell location is the food itself. Everything we ordered was prepared correctly, tasted fresh, and was served hot—it was the high-quality Taco Bell experience we were craving. If a great crunchwrap or satisfying cheesy gordita crunch were all that mattered, this would be a five-star review.
Unfortunately, the positives end there, and the experience quickly spirals into frustration due to the severely delayed service. The wait time for our order, even during what seemed like a moderate rush, was simply unacceptable. What should have been a quick stop turned into an extended, drawn-out affair that ruined the convenience of fast food.
More concerning than the speed was the overwhelming feeling that no one working at this location cared about the customers.

I’m at this store as a dasher, and I personally have been waiting for 30 minutes for an order when the store is not overrun at all. I asked if they have so&so’s order in the queue and the night manager and one of their staff totally snapped at me and another customer with a similar question. That’s all we did. We asked if they still had such and such order coming and how longer they thought it would take- with no attitude. Their attitude however was so foul a couple got up and walked out before placing their order. Service has really gone downhill in the food industry. I hope their store’s GM sees this.
