I come to these whole foods on a regular basis. the pickle bar is always breaking they always only want to stock the olive bar and not put other items to have a variety of things for their customers. when you go to management, they actually don't care about what you are saying. the hot bar has been looking very bad the food looks horrible.

I had a very disappointing experience at whole food Avalon. I ordered a cake for my son’s birthday. When I tried to check in for my husband to pick it up, the system showed nothing. I called them, and was told that the cake would be ready. When my husband went to pick it up, they said that they could not find the order. He ended up waiting for half a hour, while I was also put on the phone for half a hour. They didn’t have the cake we ordered. They decided to give us a smaller and cheaper cake for free. They said that they have not charged me for the cake I ordered. I told my husband that it is true we have not paid for the cake. Two days later, I got an email from Whole Foods saying that the order is complete. My credit card was charged for the original cake we never received. I should have just got a cake at Kroger or Publix instead. I did call the customer service. I was told that they will send me an email immediately. I have to take a screenshot of my credit card statement to get the refund. Really, all these hassle? I have not received the email. I am just going to post this review everywhere, Yelp,…., so people won’t have to go through this hassle to get the birthday cake for their kids. I finally called my credit card company and disputed on the extra charge (the difference between the cheaper cake and my original order). It is not about the money, but principles on customer service. I have never had experience of being charged for some goods I never received out of my whole life, except this time and once with Aliexpress from China during the pandemic last year. Really surprised for a retailer like Whole Foods, which is supposed to have high end service. Low end retailers won’t even make a mistake like that.

Like all Whole Foods, this one offers an unbelievable array of fresh produce, wine, meats, seafood, breads, staples, unique items--too much to mention. I particularly enjoy the hot food bar with all kinds of meats and sides. Easy to pick up dinner when you are tired.

Lost us as customers. They hire parking attendant to boot your car, 75.00 charge!! Doesn’t matter if you shop here then walk to Avalon you will get booted.

I picked up a few croissants and blueberry scones and they were absolutely delicious. The croissants we fluffy, and wonderful and the scones were equally as wonderful...

Love to shop at this store. It is always clean and well stocked. Today I stopped in for lunch at the food bar. Great selection. You can get it all from grilled vegetables, pizza, hot food and all kinds of desert. If you are near by it is a great lunch option.

Excellent store with many, many choices of fresh products. I was impressed with the seafood department and all the choices of ready to cook dishes, super helpful staff in that department. Produce is plent and well pricced. I do have a issue with the cookie displays in the bakery department being open, this in my opinion is not sanitary since all kind of stuff can get on the cookies, they need little doors to protect them!

The bread at their bakery is excellent...crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. A 2# loaf for about $4, is a bargain. They have many varieties to choose from, and all look very tempting. We bought a hard crusted white bread and are enjoying it daily.

They will boot your car if you don't follow their parking rules exactly. This place is not worth the hassle!

Terrible location. Aside from poorly managed parking, the store itself is lack luster. Better off going to the publix right up the road...

They have a nice pre made food selection which is really convenient when you are staying at Hotel Avalon like we were. People are really nice and they have great wine selection

Whole Foods is an excellent place to shop, particularly for hard to find items. I shop there for fresh fish and condiments that I can not find at others stores.

It is Whole Foods and although there are some reasonable prices since Amazon bought WF, it is still crazy expensive. Apart from the pizza, I haven’t found the prepared foods very interesting or tasty. The produce does not look or taste better than the produce at Publix. Seafood often looks dry and old. I was disappointed as I had high expectations re quality.

Walked down from The Hotel at Avalon, just a brief walk, had a nice egg, cheese and ham sandwich, very tasty and only $5. Good breakfast pastries as well.
