Morgan is the best service industry professional I’ve ever met. He’s why we drive past Ted’s at the Forsyth Collection in Cumming to come to this location.

The food sounded good on the menu. Ordered a $18 beef burger. I found the burger to be bland. Good thing I had bbq sauce on it. Bun was nice looking but dry. Onion rings wew good with horseradish sauce. My daughter ordered fish sandwich ($16) but just ended up eating only the fish with katup. Nice place but good isn't worth it.

The food was mediocre, but the price wasn’t.
They are asking $29 for ONE bison rib.
I had bison meatloaf, carrots, and onion tinge.
Everything on my plate lacked flavor and seasoning. I didn’t want to risk $9 on a dessert and have it be just average.

Monday 9/22/26 2:30 pm restaurant totally dead. (should’ve gotten attentive service) that wasn’t the case. We ordered a burger with fries and a salad with salmon took forever to get our food. our waitress Hannah kept doing a disappearing act. fries came out cold we asked to have the fries remade. Jason The kitchen manager decided that it was a good idea to take the same fries and refried them. Now we have dehydrated fries that are warm. Asked if the salmon was even cooked on a cedar plank as it had no cedar flavor. Hannah couldn’t answer that question she didn’t know whether it was cooked in a cedar plank or how. She agreed that the fries were refried. Jason was so kind as to take the burger off the bill but would not come out to talk to us about the horrible meal and slow service. Therefore this forum will do. By the way there was one other table in that restaurant. We got there around 2:30. We left at 3:30 the only people in the restaurant the entire time was our table and another table. why was the service and the food so bad? So disappointed!! Ted, do better.

Ted's is always well managed. Really never had a bad experience here, and we generally go with my son who is on the spectrum. He loves Ted's.

I had the bison meatloaf. It was OK. It tasted like meatloaf. The buttered carrots that come with everything tasted like buttered carrots. Not as good as my wife makes. Her chicken sandwich she rates as fair. Dry snd bland. I found that all of our food had an overall lack of flavorful seasoning that could have made a big difference in our review.

Hostess was terribly rude. Did not say a word when we arrived or when leading us to the table. I had a stroller and I folded it up and placed it in front of the leg area of the booth. She said nothing. Then a waitress comes running up, “You cannot place that there!” So rude. Then let us know ahead of time..you see we have a stroller. Tell us where we can put it before we fold it and settle our kids into the booth. I asked for the child’s wiki sticks for my son (what they give for free to kids instead of crayons) the hostess told me “No, they are only for kids 5 and up”. Since she refused to give my son the free item for children (and would only give it to my daughter)I then told her “Fine it’s for me”She finally gave me one. Low and behold the package says “3 and up” not 5 and up. Anyways, don’t have teenagers policing what grown adults allow their own children to have…do you not let them order certain foods for their kids as well?

Such a rude experience. We won’t be back.
