Good Mexican is a struggle in this area. They were out of what I wanted to order and the steak in the tacos I did get was tough. Kudos for having a good virgin margarita though.

Our server was great and the food was good. Tasted like homemade tortillas. We ordered the family size fajitas and it was enough to feed five us with a lot of leftovers! The host was not super friendly and we came about 20 minutes ahead of our reservation and she said she couldn't seat us without really looking. When we came back at our time we ended up waiting another 20 minutes before finally sitting. Otherwise our main server was great and made up for the initial greet we received.

I love Superica but this experience was awful. I sat outside on patio as usual. A party was seated next to me with 2 dogs - I love dogs but the restaurant allowed these people to put their dogs up on the bench and it kept coming over trying to get in my purse. The staff saw and did nothing. I asked her to get her dog. She was feeding the dog tortilla chips right next to me - making a pile on the cushion!! The dog was lickibg itself and walking over by me throughout the meal. AFTER we paid & were ready to leave someone came and told them the dogs need to be on the ground. It ruined a $100 lunch!

Superica at Avalon is awesome! We had the steak and chicken fajitas — super flavorful and cooked perfectly. The OG margaritas were spot-on, super refreshing with just the right amount of kick. The vibe is fun, the service was friendly, and everything came out fast and hot. Definitely coming back!

We came for Mother's Day dinner. The meal was excellent, as they are consistantly. There is room for improvement on the overall service, but we will be back again soon. Will provide further feedback to the restaurant regarding our visit.
