The food was delicious as always and I love the new bar menu. Gabriel gave us excellent service. We had a lovely evening!

Excellent as usual. We love Superica and their frio margaritas with habanero tequila swirled in. Great food, drinks, and service. If you're into Tex-Mex, you won't find anywhere better!

Superica has amazing food. The service is always amazing as well. You need a reservation, but it is totally worth it. The hotcakes with their syrup is absolutely amazing. The Piccadillo enchiladas and the chicken tortilla soup are to die for. Love, love, love this place.

Normally, we enjoy ourselves here very much. Our waiter was very slow for everything! We think he was high on pot! He didn't remember anything we asked and had to repeat it 3 times in some cases. I finally, got up and poured water for our table of 5 myself. Please do better!

The seating situation here is always frustrating. Half the restaurant was available, we had a reservation, and we still had to wait. I really don't understand it. The hostess team lacks urgency. The new touch points are great: side plates, salsa bowls, the tiers for large tables, etc. Food was terrific!

We really enjoy Superica and usually sit at the bar. We haven't been there in the last month or so and was extremely disappointed in our most recent visit with specifically their salsa. It's different—-it's greasier and doesn't have the smoky fresh taste it used to have. I always thought Superica's salsa was one of the best in ATL. Not too chunky, not sweet but just the right amount of smoky spice. But apparently not anymore! Beyond disappointed. CHANGE IT BACK!! (Everything else was good, our margaritas were great and the bar service was on point!)

Overall a good experience, good, service and cocktails are good and a good value. The one big ding is we ate inside and the tables are sooo close together you can carry on a conversation with the folks next to you. Also it's sooo loud, it's hard to have a conversation with out using a loud voice and i would never discuss anything that was the least bit personal or confidential. Maybe if we have sat outside it would have been better but we were not offered that option.

The service was outstanding and taste was fine. The family style rice and beans is a put out of the ordinary. The primary issue is the lack of value for the cost.

Based on our 9/22 visit, Superica has completely lost their way and is on a cost-cutting race to the bottom. Their menu has been greatly consolidated, and shrinkflation has hit their dishes hard. Our portions of steak tacos were considerably smaller, and the “medium” meat was essentially raw. We found the bottom of the “bottomless” rice & beans very fast - they are served in tiny bowls, good enough for a half portion for each diner, and getting refills was impossible. I will also add that the refried beans were obviously from a can, a far cry from the outstanding charro beans from before. Our waitress was obviously overwhelmed refilling tiny bowls of rice and beans for her section, while refilling the tiny glasses of water and other beverages. While the atmosphere is still pleasant, and the food did come out fast, everything else was such a let down. For what we paid, we were shocked how hungry we left, and how poor the quality of the food was. To top things off, we felt rushed and were awkwardly “checked out” with an iPad. Gross. I'm sure plenty of others will be content with these changes, but we weren't - in this economy, there are plenty of other options.

The service this time around was below average - we came around 1:15 and could barely get drinks/refills on drinks, chips, and family style rice and beans in a reasonable amount of time. We typically receive excellent service, however, it was rather slow this day. We ordered the steak fajitas to be medium rare and it came out pretty much well done.

A little slow getting seated and waited on but then it was great. Our waiter was attentive, helpful in ordering and very friendly. It was my birthday and he brought me tres leche. Food was excellent but a little pricey.

Had my name on the list through OpenTable, which I know is in a reservation so I checked in when I got there and they said my table was being cleaned. 45 minutes later I ask where we were on the list and they said my table is being cleaned a second time. Having my name on the list through open table didn't help a bit just be prepared to wait an hour plus on the weekend. I get it. It's a great restaurant, but don't tell somebody that the table is being cleaned and it takes an hour before you're sad just be truthful.

Such a lovely experience once we secured an outdoor table. Inside is too loud! But after that, food, service and enjoyment factor were all fives!!

They don't honor the reservation time and we had to wait for 20 minutes past our reservation time. The server took long to do anything and the noise level was so high that you couldn't hear yourself. Their food is good but everything else isn't.

Not what it used to be. I'm not sure what has happened, but don't waste your time. It was great that they brought back the beans and rice..but.. they were not the same. Service, food and ambiance is gone. This was one of Our favorite family spots but Unfortunately, we will not return.
