My last two visits to The Human Bean have been pretty terrible experiences and I’ve reached out twice trying to speak with someone about it and haven’t heard back, other than from someone that said my message forwarded to the right people. The last visit was so bad I had to throw my drink away. Other than those two visits and the lack of customer support, other experiences have been perfect. This was our first time at The Human Bean, and we loved it! Tara, the greeter, was so welcoming, and the entire staff was incredibly pleasant and friendly with warm, engaging smiles. They are extremely fast, and the service was excellent. A perfect way to start the day!
