The service was very slow & place was pretty empty. Just another party. Then someone started cleaning an area with very tonic cleaners we had to move. Disappointing experience.

I Believe the prices they charge compared to the food quality and service quality are unacceptable.

Yes, you’re correct—that was my order. However, it’s unacceptable to claim you provided 8oz of chicken when I actually weighed it at home and found it to be 4oz. On top of that, you served it on a soggy, warm lettuce salad. Charging $8 for an additional 4oz of chicken is outrageous, especially when the quality and portion sizes don’t match the price. And as for the Quesadilla that you failed to add any Lettuce or salsa to the container!!

While your prices may be comparable to other establishments in the area, the key difference is quality—quality in food presentation, quality in service, and, based on your dismissive response, quality in customer care.

I’ve been a customer at your establishment for three years, giving you chance after chance despite consistently poor experiences. From the bartender’s rude attitude to food that has been so subpar it’s had to be sent back multiple times, it’s clear that mediocrity is the norm here. That’s on me for giving you repeated opportunities, but I won’t make that mistake again.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and strive to improve, though my expectations are understandably low. Happy Holidays!

Thank you for your response, but I find it ironic that you’re only willing to address my concerns now that I’ve posted a public review. If your policy is to offer refunds or gift cards when someone is unsatisfied, that should apply whether feedback is given online or privately. Blaming me for how I chose to voice my concerns doesn’t reflect well on your establishment.

Regarding your comments on the meal: I know what I received and measured, and your team’s claims don’t change the facts. Your cooks’ misunderstanding of portions and quality standards is an internal issue, not mine. Also, while this was a to-go order, my rating for service and Atmosphere reflects my ongoing experiences at your establishment, including the attitude of your staff during previous visits.

Instead of deflecting or making passive-aggressive remarks about “adult emails,” I suggest focusing on addressing the repeated complaints about quality and service that I and others have brought up. I hope you do follow through on your promise to improve.

I normally don't bother to leave reviews, but I and my two other buddies really enjoyed this location. The atmosphere food and service were top notch. Appreciate individuals that were serving us. I believe the people that helped us were, Oliver and Q. They were super friendly and got our orders out to us quickly. My friends and I had a night to remember.👍

Tony’s is an amazing place to watch games at. The food is good quality and fresh. Can tell they put effort into the food. The service has been some of the best I’ve seen at restaurants these days. They put effort into everything and making sure the drinks stay filled and food comes out hot. Q and Oliver were especially very kind and personable. Made sure me and my friends were taken care of and made us feel welcomed. They have made it one of my favorite places to go eat and watch games.

I had a great time at Tony’s! The food was delicious, but what really made the experience was the service from Oliver and Q. Oliver was super friendly and helpful, while Q always made sure I was all set. They made everything feel relaxed and special. Definitely recommend Tony’s for both amazing food and top-notch service!

I went here with my wife and two kids after a long day of moving. The vibe was perfect and relaxing plus the service provided by oliver and Q made the experience the reason we’ll come back. The burger my son got was perfectly seasoned but my fries could have been a little warmer. Overall nice time.

Service rules changing day by day. added an 20% tip, charge on top of the bill for 4 people. I understand if it is a group that you charge tip. But not for 4 people.. 4 is not a group.

It should be up to the customer to put tip. If it is 4 or less people.

Another point they applied the tip charge of 20% before Texas. So the taxes are calculated, including the 20% up charge. We will not go again.

I had an amazing experience at Tony’s, and Oliver’s service really made it stand out. From the moment we arrived, she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. She knew the menu inside and out, offering great recommendations. With great service, food, and atmosphere it’s definitely a place to check out. Our Waitress also always checked in at just the right times, always with a smile, and made sure we were having a fantastic time without hovering!!!

I was so excited for this place to be great. Stopped in for Monday Night Football, the staff were nice and attentive. The beer was ice cold. The buffalo chicken wrap with (crispy) chicken was mushy, the calamari smelled fishy and was soft and mushy in the middle. The artichoke dip was just okay.

Went to the bathroom after ordering a beer and they kicked me out because my friend said the pool prices were too expensive. I had nothing to do with what was being said and they just took my money. Sorry my friend thought 10 dollars to play pool was too much.
