My boyfriend & I recently visited this smoothie shop and ordered a smoothie and cappuccino with an extra shot it didn’t taste anything like coffee and I was very unsatisfied. I brought this to the cashier’s attention and asked for a refund and was told by the manager in a nasty and rude tone to go to a real coffee shop next door. They offered to make us something else and we told them if we could have an expresso shot, they then proceeded to go to the back and hide until we left. This is unacceptable behavior and not how a customer should be treated. I’ve never been treated so horribly by anyone in a professional setting. We will not be returning.

Won’t be back here. Ordered a cappuccino as they have a full coffee menu. I am not sure what was given to me, but it was absolutely not a cappuccino. It was the most disgusting coffee creation I’ve ever had in my life. I complained about the taste, and asked for a refund, and the cashier said they can’t give a refund but can offer something else. I just asked for two shots of espresso instead, and they said “maybe you should go to a real coffee shop instead”. Maybe don’t have a full coffee bar if you don’t know how to make coffee…? Rude staff and horrible product, spend your money elsewhere

I ordered Power Panini and Acai Elixir Smoothie and Grilled Cheese via Door Dash. Grilled Cheese can be better, it had a good cheese pull but a really bland taste.
The Smoothie was really good and tasted amazing but the Panini order was made wrong, they couldn't follow simple instructions on replacing chicken with avocado which they gave as an option.
Overall not worth the price, for portion size and that freshness I'd rather cook it at home.

This is already a size small I am paying ~$14 for… Portions are inconsistent, it used to be filled to the top so unless they’ve changed the size of their bowls I feel a little ripped off especially as a loyalty member and frequent customer.

I stopped into Vitality Bowls in Alpharetta and was really impressed by both the food and the overall vibe of the café. The acai bowls and smoothies taste incredibly fresh, with real fruit and superfood toppings that actually feel nourishing instead of like a sugar bomb. I love that they offer so many healthy options—bowls, smoothies, juices, wraps, salads, and grain bowls—without cutting corners on flavor.
The staff was friendly, patient, and happy to walk me through the menu, which is great if you’re new to açaí bowls or have dietary preferences or allergies. The cafe itself is clean and welcoming, with a relaxed atmosphere that works just as well for a quick grab-and-go order as it does for sitting outside.

I love this place. The salad bowls and wraps are always delicious and fresh. I have to hold myself back from going every day. I haven’t tried the other items yet, but I don’t doubt they’re just as good.

My husband and I came here on a Monday afternoon and were blown away. I ordered the Nutty Bowl, and he got the chimichurri steak and roasted potato bowl along with a Purple Passion smoothie — everything was absolutely delicious. It was so good we had to come back again the very next day. The service was amazing, with super friendly staff, and the location is wonderful. A must try!
