Vito's Pizza & Ristorante

I placed an order online for pickup. It gave me the option to pick up at a later time. Unfortunately they made my pizza at the time the order was placed instead of closer to the pickup time. The pizza sat in the box/warmer for 3 hours. I called to speak to the manager who wasn’t in so I was referred to his son. The young man was apologetic but what bothered me is that they let me take the pizza knowing it had been sitting there for 3 hours. They had my information. They could’ve called to ask me if still wanted the pizza rather than send it out hoping I wouldn’t notice. It was inedible.

Very nice place, extremely kind staff and great food. We’ll be back often!

I have had both eat-in and take out pizza and pasta from Vito’s 10+ times over the past year. The food has always been consistently hot and delicious, with amazing regular pizza crust. My wife gets the gluten-free crust and she really likes it as well. And the other selections like pasta that we’ve ever ordered have always also been excellent. We really enjoy authentic New York style pizza, and pasta and Vito’s has it dialed in! Highly recommend anybody in the Johns Creek area looking for the real deal!

My husband and I had a great lunch here today. The pizza was delicious and the service was excellent. I highly recommend the Grandma's special pizza. It was very good. We will definitely return!

I absolutely love this restaurant! The food was amazing, and everything we ordered was delicious. The pizza was fresh and full of flavor, the garlic bread was perfectly crispy and buttery, and the mozzarella sticks were warm, cheesy, and incredibly tasty. Every bite was enjoyable, and I can't wait to come back again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and a wonderful dining experience!

Not a good experience walked in a few minutes before 3pm when seated I was told lunch menu was no good that was given to me and now it’s dinner. they didn’t have the chicken parm hero I wanted so I payed for the soda disappointed. First time customer treatment was horrible! Wasn’t offered any other options wasn’t happy so I left .

Had a family dinner there and Rochelle Ng gave us excellent service! I ordered the Frutti Di Mare for my entree and had the calamari for appetizer along with other fantastic dishes. I will be returning again.
