Absolutely unacceptable!!! DO NOT BUY THE DUBAI CHOCOLATE!!! THE STRAWBERRIES ARE BITTER AND THEY BARELY PUT CHOCOLATE ON THE STRAWBERRYs OR IN THE CUP!!! ON TOP OF THAT THEY DIDN’T EVEN WANT TO EXCHANGE IT FOR ME. 🤢 disgusting

The rolled ice cream is very good. They have a lot of vegan and gluten options.

Good ice crème flavours

We used to love this place, but on our last visit it seemed like the lady taking orders didn’t really like to be there. She had a bad attitude and ended up giving us the wrong order, even after we repeated it multiple times.

We’ve been to this ice cream place a couple of times and it’s decent, but not our favorite. The wait time is really long, we waited about 15 minutes just to get our ice cream. There also seems to be confusion when orders are called out, since they shout the ice cream instead of your name. On top of that, there were a lot of fruit flies, and it felt like I was fighting them the entire time.

I had such a great experience at Where’s the Scoop! The ice cream was amazing, the portion sizes were generous, and everything looked very clean. You could tell the employees were working hard, especially on a busy Friday night. One of the employees, Genevieve, was so sweet, made my ice cream quickly, and we had a great conversation. Definitely recommend!

The staff is friendly and patient, and they make sure everything comes out just the way you like it. It’s a little pricier than a standard scoop shop, but totally worth it for the quality and the experience. Highly recommend for families, date night, or just treating yourself!

Terrible experience… I heard this place was great but, when the workers invite friends and get distracted I had to wait 25 mins just to get my order after I ordered three. Completely unnecessary on a Friday night when the store is full with people waiting on orders. Also breaking many food violations by touching their friends with their work gloves, and also not changing them out after hugging their friends, completely disgusted. Once again Heard this place was good, but my experience was very terrible. Hopefully these girls get a talking to or this will be a report to FDA. Hopefully this gets resolved . Also, there was rotten food on the counter tops with bugs flying around .

What a cute and yummy ice cream spot! Great, unique flavors and friendly staff! They were even testing out a new flavor and let us taste their delectable concoction! #win

Absolutely loved the staff! They were very nice and customer service was amazing. The rolled ice cream is definitely the best in Atlanta! The ice cream is very fresh and just the perfect amount of sweetness.

Took the dubai delight rolled icecream. Skilled staff made beautiful rolls right before my eyes. Variety of flavors is outstanding. Especially the Nutella flavor. The shop itself is clean and atmosphere colorful both inside and outside

This place has completely fallen off. I have been coming here for the last 3 years and it’s not the same anymore. The service now is entirely too slow and unorganized. I don’t blame the employees just the lack of management and help they receive from managers. I can tell that the employees aren’t being trained properly to work especially during the rushes. I got a chocolate ice cream and it is no longer a deep chocolatly color but instead it was gray. The place is no longer clean and the tables are all dirty. There was also a cake in the display that was dated 8/9 and they weren’t able to tell us if that was the expiration date or the date of when it was put out.

Great customer service and ice cream is delicious!! Great selection of flavors. We will be back!!
