HORRIBLE Vietnamese coffee, if you can call it that. Was just here and the coffee tasted like flavored water. At least the vibe and area were nice.

Don’t fall for vegan friendly menu. ICE CREAM IS NOT VEGAN! Only they have milk alternative but the whole ice cream is not VEGAN! Its a stupidity that their menu shows vegan signs in front of ice cream menu but the server told us that its just milk alternative option they have but there will be non vegan ingredients in the ice cream so overall ice cream is not vegan. Don’t fall for it!!

Great service and great icecream!

They messed up every single ice cream. We ordered four, and all four were wrong. There were two people working, and neither of them cared or tried to fix it. Really disappointing experience.

Great vegan options. Fresh flavors. Vegan affogato was very creamy and tasty. Will definitely visit again.

Today around 6 pm I brought my two daughters (ages 11 and 13) to get some ice cream here. The staff was playing vulgar and profane hip hop music from the store’s stereo system. We heard everything from the “f word” to inappropriate sexual content. I had to make my kids wait outside while we made the orders and waited for such at the counter. The profanity was clear as day to all customers and the staff was not phased nor tried to correct. Nothing better than telling your kids they can’t eat inside an ice cream shop because of such. Owners and management of this establishment might want to totally revisit the concept of an ice cream shop; you actually want to create a family environment for repeat customers, right? This was an really off putting experience. Next round of ice cream is definitely at Kilwan’s across the square.

Absolutely unacceptable!!! DO NOT BUY THE DUBAI CHOCOLATE!!! THE STRAWBERRIES ARE BITTER AND THEY BARELY PUT CHOCOLATE ON THE STRAWBERRYs OR IN THE CUP!!! ON TOP OF THAT THEY DIDN’T EVEN WANT TO EXCHANGE IT FOR ME. 🤢 disgusting

The rolled ice cream is very good. They have a lot of vegan and gluten options.

Good ice crème flavours

We used to love this place, but on our last visit it seemed like the lady taking orders didn’t really like to be there. She had a bad attitude and ended up giving us the wrong order, even after we repeated it multiple times.
