Went through drive Thur on 9/22 between 530/ 600pm. The most friendly staff that I've experienced in a while at a fast food place. The young men working drive very friendly and pleasant.

I love the DQ in Alto ONLY. The service is ALWAYS GREAT. I always drive a little further to get satisfaction. Food is hot fresh and my order is ALWAYS correct.
Vegetarian options: I think of vegetarian as no meat their grilled cheese is fantastic. I ask for onions and pickles on mine. I love it

Do you know how they are suppose to serve your blizzard upside down? Well they couldn’t cause it was melted and more like a milkshake.

Don’t order on the app here. We have never had issues before when going in or through the drive thru but the first time we order on the app and it takes them over 40 mins to make our order. Order should have been ready at 8:19 but they didn’t start the order until 8:40. I arrived at 8:22 and let them know I was here for a mobile order. At 8:42 when I asked if they had an ETA and then they started making our food. They had forgotten about our food but yet the blizzards came out within 5 mins.
