staff can not read or they just don’t care, either way, terrible way to run a business. this place is almost as bad as the local taco bell. order is never right, fries are always cold. will do my best to avoid in the future.

The tables where not clean our wiped down there was old food on the chairs and tables. They forgot to give me a drink I ordered and then after I got my food it wasn't all there they forgot the fries in the kids meal and when I went to open the wrap I ordered there was honey mustard everywhere all on the wrapper and the outside of the wrap just seemed like they didn't care at all about what they served you.

I'll start off by management. The assistant manager that worked tonight (3/30), who's name I cannot share because her name was not on her name tag, is extremely rude. As my 78 yr old mother walked out of the restroom, she yelled from the counter all the way to the handicap table, "that animal can't be in here" I understand that might be the rules at this establishment, but first off there are no signs, and second she could have handled it differently. My mother's service animal which is a necessity for her, due to medical reasons, which I believe is protected by ADA guidelines clearly mentions establishment must have signs if service animals are not allowed. Also establishment cannot ask what illnesses due to HIPPA. After that staff was all huddled and conversing among themselves. We were never treated. Never asked if we needed to place order. Luckily we placed the order thru the app, which will hopefully soon relieve unfit people from holding jobs they are not educated qualified to do. This Burger King is a beautiful new building that should be managed by qualified candidates. Our order was mostly correct, my husband did order extra mustard which he did not get and my sons whopper had cheese, after ordered no cheese. Luckily it isn't an allergy situation. Seems like this Burger King can do better with it's staff.
I order a double whopper meal with no onions no tomatoes no pickles and what onion ring and a shake I choose to have it sides large so large drink large onion rings when the dasher bring me me my order I have all of that on my burger and drink medium and rings med ppl need to read the orders right damnit

If I could give this place no stars I would. This place is worse than the McDonald's in this town and that's saying something. The employees don't care about the food because if they did, our food wouldn't be just thrown together in a bag. The employees don't read the instructions at all, they don't have any ounce of thought put into cooking the food since our food came out tasting like shoe leather and dry as a bone. My husband ordered NO PICKLES and there were pickles on everything. Their drink machines were down and only gave out watered down crap, so I was forced to get something I didn't want since I had ordered a drink and didn't want to waste money on leaving without one. When confronted about the drink machines, I was laughed at by one employee and he walked away without saying anything. If it was up to me, everyone would be fired and replaced by people who actually give a crap.

This place reeks. New management is needed to hold these workers accountable with dealing with customer food. This is my second time coming here and receiving the same cold unloved food. The fruit punch taste like straight concentrate, burgers luke warm, fries lack salt. No matter the cost of food you always handle it with care. Thai place is a disgrace to the franchise and leadership.

Do not recommend the food is always old and cold. French fries are never fresh. They never have any sweet tea. The staff are very rude and hateful. They also close whenever they feel like it. I went through the drive-through at 10 o’clock and sat at the speaker for over 20 minutes. I waited about 10 minutes before I said anything and I said hello to no response I said hello twice more no answer. I saw one of the cooks outside smoking, and I asked him why no one would take my order. He stuck his head in the door cigarette and all and some rude lady screamed over the microphone we’re closed and I had been in line since 9 o’clock they should have just politely told me they were closed but they were going to let me sit at that speaker until I just drove off but when I didn’t happen, she got angry and screamed. We’re closed. I replied how are you closed? I’ve been in line since 9 o’clock. It’s only 10 o’clock. Burger King doesn’t close till 12 AM and the manager allows all of this to go on as she is also rude and hateful that place needs new management and new employees quick before it goes down the drain. I’ve heard a lot of complaints about Burger King in America Georgia lately. So if you’re affiliated with Burger King in anyway, and you’re reading this, you need to do an extreme overhaul of that place and higher workers who want to be there!!!!
Parking: If y’all don’t get some better employees and management, Burger King is gonna go under. Nobody wants to pay 30 or $40 for old cold food.
