Carters always has amazing food and used to have amazing customer service up until recently… I’m sorry but if you are dealing with customers your attitude needs to be better. That lady working the window this morning had such a sour attitude it almost ruined the experience however the cheese grits and bacon was on point.

If you grew up eating carters fried chicken in cordele well this ain’t it hardly any seasoning on the chicken and the grease couldn’t have been changed for quite sometime it was disgusting and the burgers were burnt this place sucked the only thing good was the tea

I should have waited for fresh fried Chicken to be pulled from the hot grease but instead I took what they had and tha twas not a good idea because the chicken was stale..
We stopped here for some fried okra. This is about the only place you can get some great tasting fried okra in town, for a great price. We got 2 family size okra, which was less than $15, and it was more than enough. The service was great for them to be extremely busy, and there were a lot of people standing and waiting on their food.

They NEVER answer the phone, they're unprofessional, ghetto, and have nasty attitudes. Just foolish. The one on hwy 19 is much better. They actually have quick service, great portions, excellent customer service and better food. Tripp St is hood and trashy. Never go there.

Chicken been dry and never have veggies always run out by 6pm. Which crazy. Don’t close till 8 and 3 hrs nothing but potatoes and fries and dry chicken. Use to be our go to for veggies.
